Abstract
A comparative analysis and improvement ofhigh-speed methods and algorithms for computing functions and from the point of maximum optimal ratios conversion time, accuracy characteristics and software and hardware costs was carried out.The formation of 1 to 64 significant binary digits of theresult with a fixed-point format before the high digit is ensuredfor management, control and diagnostics systems. The optimized algorithms application is illustrated at measurement of vibration parameters of shafts, signals with unknown initial phase.

Abstract
In this paper the status of the size measurement methods used in process control of productions in micro-electron FAB with NODES of the nanometer rangeis analyzed and relevant problems are discussed. We made the conclusion on insufficiency of relative measurements and the need to use the measurements In absolute scale of sizes – ensuring not only the reproducibility but also the absolute accuracy of results which is especially important at producing the items with nanometer design rules.

Abstract
The method of determination of horizontal and vertical tanks volume dependence from filling level by means of automated control system. Method allows to carry out the tanks calibration during operation without additional technological operations. An example of using the automated control system at the enterprise for storing and distribution of oil products is given.

Abstract
The modern requirements for the accuracy of angles measurement during aerodynamic testing have been substantiated. A method of accelerometer calibration by two angular positions with estimation of accuracy of angles’ measurement error and a method of taking into account the temperature effect on accelerometer readings are presented. It is shown that the application of type A-17 accelerometer in TsAGI T-128 transonic wind tunnel has increased the accuracy of measurement of aircraft models pitch angle by several times.

Abstract
The methods of calibration of secondary standard plasma sources based on the use of synchrotron with strong magnetic field allowing to solve the problems of vacuum coupling of the accelerator and plasma source chambers and the problem of taking into account the degree of synchrotron radiation polarization were developed. The comparison of the storage ring and the electron synchrotron characteristics of radiation in the visible range using the telescope and the cooled CCD matrix ensures the absolutization of the relative synchrotron spectrum.

The complex of standard measuring instruments in composition of a set of standard measures of values of height of step and value of period intended for the three-dimensional calibration of test equipment based on interference optical microscopes and scanning probe microscopes used for measurement of small distances is considered.

Abstract
An estimation of methodological error of object geometrical parameters measurementsusing the scanning electron microscope (SEM) electron probe defocusing method was carried out. This error caused by the dependence of measurement result on the probe parameters. It is shown that this error can be reduced to the loved of random error by choosing of optimal parameters of the probe.

Abstract
The results of comparisons of frequency reproduced by means of metrological cesium frequency frame MCR 102 within the composition of Russian Federation national time and frequency standard with the frequency of International Atomic Time (TAI) carried out over 1990–2011 period, as will as with the frequencies reproduced by cesium frequency frames PTB–CS1 and PTB-CS2 during 2000–2011 – are presented.

Abstract
The results of studies of characteristics of phase transitions of "metal-carbon" eutectic alloys depending, in particular, on quality of cell filling are presented. The three basic methods of cells filling are sorted out: traditional method, drop method and finishing seal method. In D. I. Mendeleyev Institute for Metrology (VNIIM), all three filling methods were realized. The tests have shown that cells filled by finishing seal method have better characteristics comparing with previously developed.

The result of study of drop of insulation electrical resistance of two type N thermocouples with diameters 1,5 and 3,0 mm placed in metal case with inorganic insulation at temperatures 850-1500 °C are presented.

Abstract
An advantage of contact modulators with an output on the doubled frequency consists insingnificantlylower values of offset and zero drift (time- and temperature dependent). The real possibility of mastering not only nanovolt range, but also picovolt range of amplified voltages opens. Two possible schemes for development of such modulators have considered. Highly sensitive MDM-amplifier with modulation on the doubled frequency has described, and fields of its application have specified.

Abstract
The errors of signals amplitude estimations in microcontroller instruments for medium apparent resistance measuring are considered and the conditions of application for its measurement of more accurate and informative spectral methods and the means of their realization are substantiated.
