Abstract
The recently proposed procedure data estimation is generalized for the case of linear drift of transported standard shows a linear drift. The procedure is based on Bayesian averaging of models with fixed effects inassumption that a certain number of laboratories measure without shift. The method has been applied for the key comparison CCM.P-K12 data estimation.

Abstract
Information about the set of input quantities to a measurement model comprises statements about correlation of the random variables associated with the quantities. In a Bayesian framework, underlying internationally agreed evaluation procedures applied to measurement data, the correlation coefficients, or equivalently the covariances, of a joint probability density function (PDF), are fixed and calculable parameters. It will be shown that correlation often is due to logical inference and not necessarily expresses physical cause and effect. A Bayesian understanding of measurements under repeatability conditions is presented, finally leading to the replacement of (complete) independence within the sequence of random variables generating the observations, with a conditional independence which means a hidden correlation of the random variables in the sequence. The concept of anchangeable joint PDF is introduced to briefly discuss the relation of measurements under repeatability conditions to de Finetti’s purely mathematical General Representation Theorem that, moreover, calls for a Bayesian approach.

Abstract
The created dopler lidar allowing to measure distantly the wind speed in the range0–55 m/s and the wind direction at given heights (3 – 300m) and to carry out the data processing, displaying and transmitting of all data to operator’s computer is considered. The lidaris intended for autonomous continuous work in different climate conditions. The results of its technical and metrological characteristics studies are given.

Abstract
The problem of nonlinear filtration of observations for the system of vector and scalar magnetometers is considered. A general problem statement wassuggested and thealgorithms for the single-step and multistep nonlinear filtration were developed. Thestatistical modeling was carried out and the errors of these nonlinear filtration algorithms for simulation models observation were estimated. The results of nonlinear filtration of observations receired from the system of vector and scalar magnetometers in magnetic observatory are presented.

Some new approaches for hydrophone phase calibration by the reciprocity method are considered. The realizations of the reciprocity method allowing to measure the phase angle of sensitivity for geometric and acoustic centers of the hydrophone and to determine the location of the hydrophone acoustic center by its shift relative to the hydrophone geometric center are described. The results of experimental validation of considered methods are shown.

Abstract
A method is developed to rapid acquisition of two-dimensional distributions of melanin, oxy-and deoxyhemoglobin’s concentrations in the skin from the images of skin at spectral channels with the central wavelengths of 460, 522, 560, 580, 610 and 740 nm. The method is based on multiple regressions between the spectral brightness of image pixels and the parameters of the skin are required. The regressions are established on the basis of radiative transfer model of skin under a wide variation of its parameters. It is shown that with a priori information about the scattering properties of the skin it is possible to retrieve the concentration of melanin and hemoglobin from the images of skin, captured by color CCD camera.
