The calculated ratios are presented and a good agreement with the simulation results at small relative errors of measurement of ratio denominator is shown.

It is offered for crude oil hydrometers to determine the error of measurements of the volume content of water in crude oil as a sum of additive, multiplicate and nonlinearerrors. And instead of the step assignment of limits of relative error of measurements of crude oil net weight in accordance with GOST Р 8.615 to set thenet weight functional dependence in the form of a polynom with known factors.

The study of behavior of entropy generation and the force/flow interrelations for thermal non-stationary problem аt absence of a gradient of temperature is carried out. The breach of linearity of dependence between the force and corresponding flow at preservation of bilinear of entropy generation rate from force and flow is revealed. The conditions at which this linearity is retained are found.

Abstract
The experimental research results of basalt thermal treatment with the microwave electromagnetic energy application are presented. The numerical results as well as a diagram of basalt temperature change are presented. It is shown that microwave treatment has a number of advantages over the traditional ways of basalt melting with the use of burnable fuel.

Abstract
It is shown that A and K indices of geomagnetic activity determined by magnetic observatories during the periods of quiet and slightly perturbed Earth magnetic field could be distorted due to magnetic noise from technogenic sources. The examples of such distortions are demonstrated.

PHYSICOCHEMICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The studies to estimate the characteristics of uncertainty of results of moisture content in grain and cereals measurement according to ISO 712-2009 with GET 173-2008 were carried out. We demonstrated that the methods of air heat drying and vacuum heat drying according to ISO 712-2009 allow to obtain comparable results and characteristics of their uncertainty. By means of the methods of mass spectrometry and IR spectroscopy is established that at using methods according to ISO 712-2009 no thermal destruction of grain which from the water molecules were extracted is observed.

Abstract
By combination of IR-Fourier spectroscopy of reflection, resistometry and gravimetry were controlled the properties of nanostructured metal-oxide coating received by reactive sputtering in vacuum and subsequent low temperature oxidation in air atmosphere at 50°С. It allows to get the composition and thickness controllable metal-oxide coatings with functional properties impotant for practical application.
