Abstract
The principles of development, the components, structure and functioning of the National primary special standard of lightning discharge pulse current unit at the range from 1 to 100 kA have been considered. The metrological characteristics have been studied, the uncertainty components were determined and the expanded uncertainty of unit reproduction by the standard equal to 2,6 % has been calculated.

Abstract
An analysis of uncertainty of the resuls of measurement of short circuit current of the thin-film photovoltaic modules is presented. The Ishikawa diagram showing the main sources of uncertainty at using a pulse solar radiation simulator is developed. The calculation of the expanded total uncertainty of the result of short-circuit current measurement with taking into account the revealed sources of uncertainty has been carried out.

А method for determination of oscillation parameters of elements of turbounits rotating assemblies based on the analysis of primary converters output signal variations is desсribed. The principal possibility of determination of turbomachine blades, oscillation parameters is shown by the example of approximating mathematical model. The block scheme of the device for experimental testing of the suggested is presented.

Abstract
The different devices for temperature measurement in raw bricks are analyzed and the method of organization of optimal control of ceramic brick drying process to reduce the industrial enterprise energy consumption by means of the new Celsius thermal sensors is suggested. It is shown that the the device is universal and will be effective for enterprises where the thermodynamic parameters control is a basis of technological process.

Abstract
A procedure of local approximation is developed for study of magnetic microstate in superconductors allowing to obtain the useful information on the crystal microstate of a sample. At probing a sample volume by means of the front of a decreasing magnetic field, the possibility to isolate and analyze the physical processes in superconductors on the vortex front, is created. The qualitatively new results are obtained for samples with various microstructures.

Abstract
On the base of general view of slow wave systems dispersion equation with taking into account its environments characteristics the analytical expressions to define the complex coefficients of slowdown and reflection were obtained. Such coefficients can be also measured experimentally. It is shown in the example of wavequide travelling wave tube model that the use of these units allows to conduct a simplified analysis of the waves transformation, structure and the space charge of the electron beam in microwave instruments with long-term interaction.

Abstract
A method of online monitoring of mucosa structural-morphological parameters spatial distributions important for early detection of oncological diseases has been developed. It is based on obtaining of tissue’s multispectral endoscopic image in diffuse-reflected light with wavelengths 450, 480, 577, 600, 660 and 700 nm and pixel-by-pixel processing of this image using robust regressions between its spectral characteristics and tissue parameters.
