Abstract
The statistics distributions models and tables of percentage points allowing to use the Kuiper and Watson goodness-of-fit tests at testing the composite hypotheses on belonging of samples to different parametric models of statistical laws of probabilities distribution are considered. The procedure of interactive simulation allowing to construct and use the statistics distribution of test during the solution of problem of statistical analysis inherent to hypothesis testing is presented.

Abstract
The certified reference materials (RM) of the thickness of bilayers of Langmuir-Blodgett PbSt2 films on the quartz substrate for calibration of small-angle X-ray diffractometers used for certification and standardization of nanoindustry productions were developed.
LINEAR AND ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS
31-34 82
Abstract
An improvement procedure for the universal sets of plane-parallel end measures widely used in various branches of mechanical engineering is suggested. On the base of the existing sets of end measures analysis an original algorithm of design of universal sets with improved characteristics ensuring the convenience of operation is developed.

Abstract
The influence of temperature deformation of construction elements of measuring instruments on the high-precision components control process is considered. A method of determination of measuring stand temperature deformation is suggested and tested. This method is applicable to the used for linear measurements in nanometer range.

Abstract
The design versions of contactless sine-cosine angle sensors and the existing data ware solutions of positioning based on electromechanical transducers are considered. The description and characteristic of cyclic and tracking displacement transducers with open, closed and variable structures are presented. The application limitations are demonstrated.
OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The theoreticalprocessing of current-voltage characteristics ofHamamatsu S6337 and S1336 photodiodes by least squares method for internal quantum efficiency determination is carried out. A new method of experimental curves processing with use ofreference points is purposed. By means of comparison of trap detectors built on the S6337photodiodes, and certified in PTB the experimental value of internal quantum efficiency of Hamamatsu S6337photodiode is obtained. The discrepancy between theoretical and experimental values was 0,1%.

Abstract
The comparison of lateral resolutions of optical and interferometric microscopes was carried out. A concept of the interference microscope lateral resolution based on the phase step measurement is considered. The results of experiments and numerical simulations are presented.

Abstract
The principle of creation of physical models (simulators) of extended routes of distribution of optical (laser) radiation dissemination in free space is proved. The version of construction of the simulator optical system intended for use at calibration of measures of the scattering effective with minimum errors in laboratory conditions is suggested
ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The precision transformer bridge for measurement of the capacity and dissipation factor in wide dynamic and frequency ranges isdescribed. The bridge construction is based on the variational calibration principle allowing to exclude the influence of error sourceson the result of measurement. The intrinsic measurementerror does not exceed 10-6.

Abstract
An installation for the measurement of adiabatic thermal pressure coefficient of liquids in periodic mode is described. At the sometime the pressure modulation in the system is carried out by means of a device allowing to create the sinusoidal pressure oscillations. The installation testing was carried out on distilled water in temperature range 20–80 ºC.
