Abstract
The results of study of the contamination effect of in S-4800 SEM at electron energy 1 keV on the profile of relief elements of the MSHPS-2.0K measure are presented. It is shown that the electron irradiation leads to increase of the relief elements upper base subject to the electron irradiation dose at different irradiation modes.

Abstract
The methods of Sun photometers calibration in the UV range are considered. The multiwave method of Sun photometers’ relative calibration implementing the two-wave operating principle is suggested. It is shown, that the multiplicative error in the suggested method could by fully removed.

It is proposed to introduce the use of a new class of test vibration signals – the virtual standards of defective bearings. The possible ways of such signals realization are described. A method of receiving the vibration test signal by recovery of time signal from three kinds of spectra. The results of mathematical modeling are presented.

The magnetic flowmeterfor liquid sodium in which inductor represents an electromagnet creating a pulsed variable low-frequency magnetic field is described. Theoretically and experimentally investigated the influence of process heat transfer by conduction to the quality of thermal images obtained with the help of microbolometer matrices. The influence of the thermophysical properties of the matrix material on the function of the scattering lines defined by the optimal value of the ratio of these properties with the size of the pixel element. Abstract
The principles of the new state verification schedule (SVS) for means measuring inductance are considered. The standard consists of 2 parts: low frequency range up to 1 MHz and high frequency range – from 1 MHz up to 100 MHz. Limits of accuracy and instability are widened for working standards and their inductance value was expanded from 10 H to 10 kH as well. New detailed requirements for working standards metrology features in full frequency range from 40 Hz up to 1 MHz are presented. Main problems for succesful application of the new SVS are indicated.

Abstract
The sensitivity and the initial offset of voltage between collectors of double-collector lateral bipolar npn -type magnetotransistor with the base formed in pocket serving as the third collector are investigated experimentally. It is shown that the voltage magnetosensitivity is 11 V/T in the circuit with the total drift of the base pocket and the initial offset of the voltage between collectors could be reduced to less than 1 mV.

Abstract
It is shown that the metal properties strongly depend on the increased concentration of hydrogen as well as from its binding energies redistribution. According to the accidents statistics the hydrogen is the main cause of the metal constructions destruction at the occurrence of internal strains. The absence of the uniform metrology system of the hydrogen concentration measurement does not allow to widely implement an efficient and reliable method of process control and accidents prevention.
