Abstract
The estimates of the power of nonparametric goodness-of-fit Kuiper and Watson tests as well as three Zhang tests with different statistics are given relative to some pairs of competing distributions when testing simple and composite hypotheses. The considered tests are compared by power with the Kolmogorov, Cramer-Mises-Smirnov and Anderson-Darling tests.

Abstract
The problem of construction of autonomous objects positioning system using the mobile communications infrastructure without constant attraction of satellite navigation systems is considered. It is shown that the use of dual-wavelength optical phasing line for the time (phase) synchronization of separated transmitters spaced towers allows to determine the objects coordinates with 10-20 mm error and at simultaneous radiation of radiofrequency and modulated optical signals this error can be reduced to 1 mm.

Abstract
The method of transmission electron microscope JEM-2100 scale factor stability estimation by means of a test-object made of a thin section of crystalline silicon relief nanostructure with known profile shape is suggested. The results of experimental estimation obtained over two week period are presented.

Abstract
The description of spatial resolution measurements of automated interference microscope based on Linnik microinterferometer MII-4M is given. A comparison of obtained results with similar values calculated for conventional optical images described by the Abbe theory is carried out. The possibility to overcome the diffraction limit of resolution by means of interference microscope is proved.

Abstract
The new method of nozzles calibration for flow metering gas in stllations is proposed. Theexperimental studies on the installation with Vitoshinsky nozzle and calculation of uncertainty budget at nozzle flowrate factor measurements are carried out. It is shown that expanded uncertainty values do not exceed +0,1%, what is twice less than for first category working standards.
