Abstract
This article provides the basis of system approach to examination of robustness of measuring methods. On the base of process measuring model the model of robustness for measuring method that allows to find the entire spectrum of external and external influence factors is proposed. It emphasizes factors of robustness loss for methods of the first and second kind. It also provides the base for algorithms of the their identification, analysis and management, including application of methods of robustness process engineering G. Taguchi. The concept of complex method for examination of measuring method at the validation stage is offered.

Abstract
The method is proposed for studying the aggregation of nanoparticles in colloidal solutions, based on the estimation of the slowing-down of the rotational diffusion coefficients of nanoparticles, which are more sensitive to changes in particle size than their hydrodynamic radius, depending on translational diffusion. The possibility of a comparative evaluation of these changes and the calculation of the relative aggregation index from the integral values of the autocorrelation functions of depolarized dynamic light scattering is shown. The results of numerical simulation of the proposed method and its experimental approbation are compared.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of development, in accordance with the requirements of the Consultative Committee for Thermometry (CCT), of a prototype blackbody (BB) model of the cavity type in the form of a graphite ampoule filled with a molybdenum eutectic alloy with carbon dMoC-C realizing a high-temperature reference point (HTFP) 2856 K of the temperature scale. The ampoule-BB based on the HTFP of molybdenum eutectic can serve as a precision optical «type A» radiation source. The paper contains scientifically grounded approaches to estimating the uncertainty components of the emissivity of the BB-ampoule cavity equal to 0,9997 with an expanded uncertainty of 0,00016 ( k =2), depending on the geometric and physical parameters using Monte- Carlo calculation algorithms.

Abstract
The frequency-diaphragm technique of standardless measurement of the photon detection efficiency simultaneously of two single-photon detectors is considered. The technique is based on the well-known каmeasurement of the detection efficiency using photon pairs generated in a nonlinear crystal during spontaneous parametric scattering. A specific feature of the considered technique is the use of spectrally asymmetric channels. An experimental setup that implements the technique in the degenerate mode of spontaneous parametric scattering is described. The results of the simultaneous measurement of the detection efficiency of two single-photon detectors at a wavelength of 810 nm are presented. The detectors are made on the basis of silicon avalanche photodiodes SAP-500 with fiber inputs. It is shown that the considered technique can also be used to measure the detection efficiency of single-photon detectors sensitive in the longer wavelength region of the spectrum. . The proposed method, compared with a purely diaphragm scheme, has the advantage in simplicity and reliability of alignment.

Abstract
A five-mode light source is considered, in which four or five monochromatic frequencies are simultaneously generated in nonlinear periodically poled crystals (PPNCs) by considering the pump depletion. It is shown that such light sources are promising for use in high-precision spectroscopy, quantum measurements and in digital processing of quantum phantom images. A technique is proposed that allows to calculate parameters and characteristics of the generated radiation, its intensity and photon statistics, which is necessary for carrying out correlation measurements in the photon counting mode. The results of calculations of the statistical parameters of multiplied phantom images are given.

Abstract
In the article the question of measurement function definition of vectors module of the three-components measuring transducers of vibrations acceleration is examined with help a single-component verification device. Two variants of measurement function definition of vectors module are considered: comparison with a single-component and a three-component standard vibrations transducers. The formulas for the measurement function definition of the vectors module of the vibrations acceleration and for calculations errors are given. The results of experiments which confirmed theoretical researches are given in conclusion.

Abstract
The antenna group delay measurements methods accuracy is limited by remained reflections in an anechoic chamber. A novel method based on a linear approximation of the group delay in dependence on the distance between the antennas to reduce measurements error. The method is based on the fact that the group delay depends linearly on the distance between the antennas and the interference caused by residual reflections is periodic in nature. The developed method in comparison with the previously used method of measuring the delay at a fixed distance allowed to increase the measurement accuracy by more than 6 times.

The paper presents the methodological features of measurements to determine the acoustic radiation of model panels in the field of aerodynamic pressure fluctuations. The fundamental possibility of application of intensity measurement in the near field of a vibrating surface is demonstrated. The article presents the significant influence of static loading of the panel on its acoustic radiation in the vicinity of the first resonant frequencies and a significant weakening of this influence with increasing frequency.

Abstract
The completed research consists in increasing the accuracy of energy measurements of neutron fields and the improvement of spectrometric analysis of neutron radiation fields with the use of scintillation detectors. The article discusses the use of a scintillation detector based on lithium glasses6Li2O of various diameters and thicknesses for recording neutron radiation with an energy from 0.4 eV to 15 MeV. Comparisons were also made of the main characteristics and measurement results with a LiI (Eu) based scintillator. The scintillator was used in conjunction with a set of ball retarders with a diameter of 70 to 300 mm.
