Abstract
A procedure for assessing the conformity with specified requirements described in terms of a tolerance interval for a quantity is considered in view of uncertainty of measurement of the quantity. It is shown that if the measurement result is considered as a Bayesian inference then the classical methods of the decision theory, including Bayesian ones should be properly modified. This is compared to the approach of ISO/IEC DGuide 98-4 (2012) which is being developed in order to promote the “Guide to the expression of uncertainty in measurement” (GUM) to the specific tasks of conformity assessment. It is demonstrated that that approach is actually in poor agreement with GUM.

Abstract
The paper considers basic typical problems with which developers and experts conducting tests face frequently both at voluntary software validation and at testing for type approval. In particular problems of using different methods for software identification, problems of software update, problems of using software, that has passed validation abroad etc.

Abstract
The certified reference materials (CRM) based on Au nanoparticles and ZnO for small-angle X-ray diffractometers calibration are developed. The structure parameters of CRM have been measured by transmission electron microscope. The confirmation of the mean values of the nanoparticles size parameters and additional characterization of CRM is carried out by means of the several research methods, such as optical spectroscopy, X-ray phase analysis and synchrotron radiation.
LINEAR AND ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The method of formation of reference values for calibration of instruments for spatial surfaces geometric parameters measurement is considered. The method based on creation virtual model of complex surface of real control sample through its digital identification with application of automatic checking machine mathematical tool. The results of control verification measurements gears working surfaces confirming the possibility and suitability of this method practical application is presented and analyzed.

Abstract
The technical and metrological characteristics of the inductance converters with diameter of 8 mm the most common for linear measurements in different countries are considered. Some of their construction and metrological shortcomings to be considered at instruments operation are described. The proposals on construction of these converters change to improve their quality are given.
OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The losses in the trap detector due to absorption of diffusely scattered laser radiation on its walls are analyzed. The measurements results for the indicatrix of this radiation from the working surface of photodiodes Hamamatsu S6337 and S1337 are given. The approximate model of distribution of radiation in the trap detector, which takes into account the real profile of the indicatrix of scattering is constructed. The effect of acts of the diffuse scattering quantity and of the number of scattering reflections on the accuracy of the considered losses calculation is analyzed. The influence of polarization of the incident laser radiation on these losses value is investigated.

Abstract
The method and structural scheme of the device intended for operational determination of the radiation wave length in the LED spectrum maximum and of the spectrum width by means of two photoreceivers with Gauss spectral characteristics are considered. The expression for a methodical error is formulated.

Abstract
It is shown that of observance of certain conditions the Coriolis flow meters can reliably measure two-phase flows. The requirements to Coriolis flow meter design allowing to make possible the reliable measurement of two-phase flows are considered. The recommendations on the Coriolis flow meter installation at the two-phase flow measurement are given.
