GENERAL PROBLEMS OF METROLOGY AND MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES

9-13 52
Abstract
For the explanation of new approach to estimation of measurement uncertainty the problems of multiplicity of uncertainty indicators, of invariance of measured values dispersion in relation to shift, and the mechanisms of uncertainty formation are considered. The basic provisions of the uncertainty estimation technique are presented.

Abstract
The thin film nano-and microelectromechanical systems of pressure sensors, experimental and theoretical methods of study and estimation results of films surfaces morphology are considered. The model and algorithm of thin filmsgrowth with taking into account the particlesdiffusion is developed.

Abstract
The ability to accurate the reproducibility and transmission of standard spectroradiometry units for the synchrotron radiation source by using of optimal magnetic field index for betatron oscillations excitation was investigated. The comparative analysis of spectroradiometry units reproduction and transmission methods on the SURF-III NIST electronic storage ring and VNIIOFI synchrotron demonstrates the need to take into account the electron emittanceof synchrotron radiation sources to ensure the high level of national standardsaccuracy.

Abstract
The results of high-presicion measurements of severalsilicon photodiodes’ volt-ampere characteristics are presented. It is established experimentally that the random fluctuations of photodiode have the most significant effect on the measurement accuracy. The method of thermal stabilization based on the use of the photodiode temperature as a sensor is proposed. The method allows to reduce the error of voltage and current on the photodiode measurement in ~103 times. The results are comparedwith knowntheoretical models. It is shown thatone-dimensional modelof the photodiode(PC1D) ismuch more accurate, than Schottky equation.

Abstract
The analysis of error of frequency and time-keeping by high-stability generator synchronized by radio signal from space navigation systems is carried out. The synchronization algorithms based on rectangular pulse functions are considered. The systematic and random components of instability of frequency of generator signal and the noise of radio signal are taken into account.

THERMOPHYSIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The method of calculation of measuring temperature converter designed according to the scheme of self-balancing voltage potentiometer based on usage of operation amplifier and bridge circuit with two power diagonals is considered. This method allows to determine the nominal values of all resistors according to conditions for obtaining the specified characteristics of measuring temperature converter.

Abstract
The numerical method of real temperature measurement of the objects with unknown emissivity using five brightness temperatures is described. Computation is using by variational method. The minimum of sum of squares deviation calculated monochromatic emissivity from their values on polynomial regression curve is the fidelity criterium.

Abstract
On the basis of experimental thermogram for the spherical sample by means of the electrostatic levitation method the time change of entropy generation rate and the correlation between force and a heat flux are investigated. It is revealed that over the process of supercooling of the molybdenum liquid phase the reliability of linear dependence between force and a heat flux does not exceed 25 %. The estimations of maximal values of amplitude of temperature fluctuations of and entropy generation over the process of nickel supercooling are presented.

ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The new algorithm of harmonic signals measurement vector by means of its irregular frequency dependent discretization and algebraic summation of sets of discrete values invariant to arbitrary number additive periodic noises is suggested. The algorithm ensures a high suppression of noises at very simple realization and is intended for application in instruments for measurement of AC active and passive quantities.

Abstract
The conditions maximizing the probability of local magnetic anomaly detection in a given search region are investigated. It is shown that a motion path of magnetic anomaly detector carrier should be matched with physical parameters characterizing the anomaly search region.

Abstract
The procedures calculation formulas and results of informational entropy and its parameters calculation by histogram columns and a heart rhythm diagram tier model are given. According to data of the analysis of virtual heart rhythm diagrams the evidences of unreliability of the procedure of informational entropy and its parameters calculation by histogram columns were received. The uncovered shortcomings are absent the alternative tier model by means of which the informational entropy parameters were determined.

Abstract
The problems of free-field hydrophones calibration at continuous radiation of band-pass signals in reverberate water tank using the moving complex weighted averaging technique are considered. The extension of frequency range and reduction of calibration error are achieved by taking into account of the additional information on behavior of the required transfer impedance frequency dependence of the radiator-receiver pair and by using of multi-step CMWA technique.
