Abstract
The measuring problem for calibration of measuring instrument in the network of composite and moment approaches to accuracy evaluation is considered. On an example of decision for calibration problem of the essential divergence of a coverage interval in comparison with confidence and tolerance intervals is shown

ОБЩИЕ ВОПРОСЫ ПО МЕТРОЛОГИИ И ИЗМЕРИТЕЛЬНОЙ ТЕХНИКИ

Abstract
Proposed fast algorithm bandwidth selection for kernel function in nonparametric probability density estimate. The dependences of its properties and consider the method of interval estimation of the root-mean-square deviation of the nonparametric statistics.

Abstract
Analytic expressions of the normalized autocorrelation functions of frequency variations for the main types of noise of frequency fluctuations are obtained, which allow calculating the central moments and the distribution function of the Allan dispersion estimates. An analysis of the errors of the quantiles of the distribution and the displacements of the Allan variance estimates is presented using the distribution

НАНОМЕТРОЛОГИЯ

Abstract
This paper consists experimental researches of a primary measuring transducer based on optical microresonators. The process of suspended nanoparticles collective interaction with the surface of an adsorption sensor was studied

MEASUREMENTS IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES

Abstract
Digital subscriber line model impacted impulse noise in Bernoulli-Gaussian channel form is presented in paper. Its oblique description as likelihood function is found. Response characteristic standard measurement precision expression on base of traditional averaging is lead out. Response characteristic estimation dispersion lower border demonstrating measurement precision increase by effective estimation finding is formalized

Abstract
A regular procedure is proposed for adapting the algebraic linear code for detecting errors in the arithmetic logic units of the information-measuring system processors The regularities that determine the relationships between arithmetic logic operations and the values of the control bits of the linear code with respect to these operations are revealed, which allow to formulate rules for obtaining corrections to the code check values, for detecting single and double errors with minimal information redundancy, hardware and time costs

LINEAR AND ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS

41-45 107
Abstract
Analysis of preconditions for the instability emergence in solving typical problems in coordinate measurements of parts geometrical parameters has been performed. The relation between unstable problems in coordinate measurements, ill-conditioned systems of linear equations and parameters of geometric elements with degeneracy properties has been revealed. The equations for estimating uncertainties in measuring of circle parameters, axis misalignment of cylinders and non-parallelism of planes have been derived. The experimental testing has showed a good agreement between the experimental and theoretical results

Abstract
The method of calculation of flat reflectors of electromagnetic waves with the minimum field of hindrances for exemplary testing installations of radar-tracking range finders is offered. Parametres of some reflectors with level hindrance fields from a minus 18 to a minus 33 dB are resulted

ОПТИКО- ФИЗИЧЕСКИЕ ИЗМЕРЕНИЯ

Abstract
A laser refractive method for measurement of evaporation rate of a liquid droplet on a horizontal substrate in condition of pinning of a contact line is developed and implemented. Using refractive images, the experimental values of a contact wetting angle in evaporation process were obtained. Dependence of a volume of an evaporating droplet on time was reconstructed on its basis

MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The description and results of analysis for the surface tension measurement method based on deformation of a tested liquid by a gas jet are presented. The determination of deformation degree is realised using the property of a deformed surface to converge the optical radiation. The method excels in relatively slight aerodynamic impact on the tested liquid and a low sensitivity to the change in it’s density and viscosity

ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
This paper argues the using of microwave photonic concepts for development of not susceptible to interference and rapid-acting measuring instruments of intensive pulse electromagnetic fields. The scheme of microwave photonic measuring transducer of pulse electric field intensity with transient response rise time up to 100 ps is developed

RADIO MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
We conducted a comparative analysis of two methods for determining the frequency response of nonlinear elements in the heterodyne frequency conversion. Based on the analysis of existing methods, the features of the instrumentation design for the characterization of the devices with frequency conversion are discussed. We determined the sources of measurement errors such as the error based on reciprocity of the additional mixer and the amplitude-phase error

ACOUSTIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
Method of thickness measurement using acoustic waves in micron-rated range of thin films is propose. The method is based on the use of non-linear dependence of harmonic antisymmetric Lamb waves for thickness. Considered when using electromagnetic acoustic (EMA) receiver of the acoustic wave, the measurement error of the thickness of thin films
