Abstract
The influence of thermal strains of end standards of meter on the precision elements control process is considered. The experimental-analytical procedure of determination of end standards of meter temperature deformations used at linear nanoscale measurements is suggested and tested experimentally.

Abstract
The inverse problems of measurements for means from small samplingsare formulated. As the means under study the classical means are chosen: arithmetic, geometric, harmonic, quadratic and contraharmonic. The equations for unknown quantities estimation from known means in cases of two and three measurementsare received.

Abstract
The complex of interrelated tasks the solution of which makes possible the further improvement of measurement accuracy based on the use of extreme counting interpolation digital photoelectric measuring system and the examples of practical realization of such systems-are considered.
24-28 90
Abstract
The development of instrument for especially precision parts form and surface roughness deviation measurement of development of up-to-date computerized precise instrument for figure of revolution type parts form deviations measurement - is described. The design solutions for development of instrument mechanical part, measuring and driving electronics and software are described. The main functions and metrological indices of the instrument are compared to those of the world leading manufacturers.

Abstract
The procedures of imitation modeling of coordinate measurements methodical errors are described. The results of such modeling for diameter and coordinates of the center of profiles of cylindrical surfaces and the deviations from straightness of surfaces of the machine parts for limited number of points evenly located on a profile - are presented.

OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
A method allowing to reproduce and transfer the radiation power units at the high instability of laser radiation is suggested. The experiments, calculations and errors estimates for the laser radiation with the ~10% instability have been carried out.
36-40 68
Abstract
The equivalent section of polydisperse and non-spherical particles with use of statistically inhomogeneous screens has been found. The proposed method can be used for metrological assurance of particle concentration in the atmosphere surface layer.

MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS

41-44 67
Abstract
The calculative and theoretical justification of the possibility of calibration (verification) of critical micronozzles by comparison method by means of micro nozzle comparator (MNC) is presented. The measurement procedure operations with MNC application are scheduled and the first results of studies aredescribed.Based on the equation of measurements the dependence for calculated estimation of measurement errors by the micronozzlecomparison method is presented.

THERMOPHYSIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The measurement results and the analysis of previously unknown phantom events of anomalous anisotropy of spectral energy brightness in the local layer of atmosphere revealed at instrumental registration in long wave IR range - are presented. The author’s version of these phantoms origin and their practical significance are considered.

Abstract
The hardware and software complex for study and application of fine peculiarities of dynamics of behavior multicomponent liquids at temperature change is developed. The operational synchronic determination of viscosity, density, optical transmission, and thermometric conductivity depending on the temperature of the particular isothermal area of liquid has been realized.

Abstract
The peculiarities of algorithms and hardware for determinationof parameters of passive multielement dipoles with a short-circuit between the poles through the inductive element and break in the circuit at direct current based on feeding of the measuring circuit (MC) by voltage pulses changing according to the function of n-th degree of time, n-times differentiation signals at the MC input and output and the computation of generalized parameters of transfer function through the ratio of signals from each differentiation channel - are considered.
62-64 77
Abstract
Methodical errors are investigated for compensation of the magnetic noise produced by the carrier of an airborne magnetometer system. It is shown that the main source of those errors results from neglecting the non-linear part of the magnetic field of the carrier in the compensation equation. An algorithm has been developed for non-linear adjustment of the compensator that provides aneffective noise suppression. This technique essentially surpasses the standard linear procedures.

Abstract
The dependences of methodical errorof nonlinearcapacitance measurement fromthe testharmonic signal level at usingthe different typesof AC/DC converters were obtained. In is shown onan example ofsemiconductordiodethat the leastmethodical errorat measurement ofthe diffusioncapacityis achieved forhalf-period averagevalue converters and the errorof the barrier capacitancemeasurement is equalfor all types ofconverters.
