Abstract
Scaled multichannel data acquisition system have been designed and produced on base of 32-channel QDC V792. The system is intended for the data collection from silicon photomultiplier matrices. These matrices are used as multichannel photosensors for the scintillation detectors. The detailed description of the DAQ system and its basic quantities are presented.

Abstract
Pulsed laser ablation method for obtaining solutions based on Dy2O3-nanoparticles for T2 MRI contrast agents at high magnetic fields is proposed. It has been demonstrated that PLA method allows to obtain in a much easier and less time consuming way the stable Dy2O3 nanoparticle-based colloids which relaxivity exceeds the relaxivity values of commercially-available MRI contrast agents.

Abstract
We carried out comparison measurements of step height of the test sample (TS) using methods of three-dimensional reconstruction in SEM (S-4800) and surface profilometry. Relief structure of TS was fabricated on the surface of silicon chip. The surface profiler AlphaStep D-600 was calibrated using KTS-4500 QS step height standard (VLSI). Au island film was deposited on the surface of TS for realization of 3D reconstruction method in SEM. The consistent results of measurements (457,3±3,1 нм и 457,0±3,4 нм) by these methods are obtained. Possibility of diminishing the measurement uncertainty by 3D reconstruction method in SEM was analyzed.

Abstract
The installation for measuring polygon angles in which autocollimators are used with digital registration of optical mark coordinates is considered. The algorithms for solving of equation systems are presented to define angles using a measurement method in a closed series, with two or three autocollimators. The measurement errors are calculated and compared with the results of the experimental measurements of polygon angles.

A new approach to the metrology of optical measurements - the quantum metrology of photons is proposed. The specific character of measurements of the quantum states of polarization of single photons and polarization-entangled photons is considered. The basic problems standing before the contemporary metrology of photons were formulated.

Abstract
In article is reviewed uniform method of the organization of measurements in optical digital measuring systems with a 2D-sensor, based on full use of information redundancy, namely, use of coordinate information on the object, distributed on all of an image field. Efficiency of the reviewed method is shown on the example of autocollimators. Results of the simulation and experiments confirm possibility to increase accuracy of devices to ten times which use multi-element mark and coordinate information on all information field. The main problems of development and using of the reviewed method are formulated.

Abstract
More accurate model of technical gas dynamics describing the flow of an ideal compressible gas in the critical nozzle used as a reference of the volumetric flow is developed. As a result the evaluation of error of inadequacy of the classical model of the critical nozzles used for obtaining conventional true value of the volumetric flow rate, reproducible nozzle under operating conditions was carried out. It is shown that the error of the inadequacy of the model should be considered in the upper measurement range limits gas meters during their calibration using the volumetric flow standards on the critical nozzles.

Was suggested a principle of such monitoring device and was evaluated it’s reliability (accuracy assessment of the insulation state).

Abstract
The reasons that limit accuracy of frequency converters frequency response measurements that are based on different combinations of parallel and serial connection of frequency converters have been considered. It is demonstrated that the carrying out of such measurements without using reciprocal frequency converters is not possible. It was discovered that the ultimate accuracy of such measurements was determined by the reciprocity degree of at least one of the frequency converters involved in the measurement process.

Abstract
Described modernized input unit microwave radio thermometer for the study of biological fluids, which is applied to the coupler coupled transmission lines. A branch portion of high frequency noise signal generator is derived from the main channel in both the working channel secondary shoulder transition with different attenuation factors, the difference of which defines the scope of the measurement range. This allows the options to create the modeling stage coupler radiometry with specified measurement ranges.

The metrological aspects of building materials moisture metering and the possibility of dielcometric hydrometers verification using reference materials are considered. Merits and lacks of samples-imitators and reference standards based on natural substances are shown. Problem statement for improvement of metrological support in the construction industry includes the development of a wide range of reference standards and of the regulatory documents the methods and means for moisture meters verification used for building materials.

Abstract
The model of the static characteristic of the wide-range pyezo-sorption sensor of humidity for nondestructive control of organic solvents is offered. Based on the criterion of maximum sensitivity of sensors The optimal ratio of mass portions sorbents applied on a quartz plate to measure the relative humidity of the organic solvents in the range of its concentration from 0 to 1. By results of pilot studies, identification of parameters of the offered model for various ratios of mass fractions of sorbents is carried out.

Abstract
The graduation procedure of microwave moisture meters, allowing to reduce the error determined by the difference between the conditionally true function of conversion and attributed to the type of moisture meters nominal calibration dependence. Using the proposed procedure one may to extend the graduation result for all items of a batch.
