In the paper an onboard system for evaluating the angular velocity vector of moving object is proposed. It consists of inertial navigation system without gyroscopes and system of data receiving from navigation satellite system. For the integration of these systems is suggested the multimodel neural network with nucleus-free mechanism of synaptic coefficients adjustment. The results of a computational experiment are presented.

Abstract
The asymptotic properties of nonparametric estimation of two-dimensional probability density have been studied. The synthesis of this estimation presupposes decomposition of statistical data. The dependence is determined of the number of two-dimensional sampling intervals on the volume of the original data.

Abstract
The inverse problem of approximation for a third-order polynomial conversion equation is presented. It is shown that this kind of problem seems to be incorrect in many cases because it violates the uniqueness of the existing solution. The analytical solution is built for this kind of the inverse problem. The comparison is made with Newton’s numerical method to find the roots, which showed a natural regularization of the inverse problem of approximation.
LINEAR AND ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The results of development and study of angle examiner based on multibeam Fizeau interferometer are presented. The interference examiner has the reproduction range of angles up to ±600". The random error of measurement does not exceed 0.01", the systematic error is less than 0.01". The examiner may be used for verification and calibration of high precision electronic digital autocollimators.

The general characteristics are presented of the first echelon of the State standard unit of length - meter in the range of 10-6-1100 mm, placed in service in VNIIM. The standard research results in the field of metrology assurance of thread pitch gauges are given.
OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
Surface roughness of large optics is becoming highly critical to the performance of powerful lasers or telescopes. Measuring of surface topography and optical parameters of this optics with nanometer resolution is a challenging problem. Usually, the Fizeau interferometer is used to measure surface topography with absolute calibration methods. The authors have implemented the algorithm of the two-flat-test absolute calibration method. To determine accuracy numerically a number of simulations were perfomed.
THERMOPHYSIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The method of determination of the uncertainly for non-steady heat flows recovery by means of the circular foil heat meters, resulting from the heat reflux through the central electrode is suggested. The results of simulation experiments at different values of electrode length, diameter and heat transfer coefficients are presented.
ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The model of the reference converter of intensity of electric field is considered. The equations of measurements for intensity of electric field are received by methods of a reference field and the reference antenna. The formulas expressing the effective length and resistance of the dipolar antenna through coefficient of reflection and coefficient of transfer which can be measured by the network analyzer.

Abstract
The problems of National primary special standard GET 148-2013 and of secondary standards improvement is considered. The goal of improvement is the metrological assurance of measuring instruments for pulse electric and magnetic fields of natural and artificial origin over the range up to 1 MV/m with the pulse leading edge duration no more than 100 ps.

Abstract
The effect of noise, generated by electric circuits of a digital electronic current transformer, on measurement accuracy is described. It is shown that the system component of the error is affected by the parameters of the analog antialiasing filter of the device, while the random component of the error is affected by the parameters of the digital averaging filter.

Abstract
The main characteristics of magneto-modulation sensors with autoparametric amplification of a signal in amorphous ferromagnetic cores are considered. It has been shown that the magneto-modulation sensors based on amorphous ferromagnetic alloys have the magnetic noise at low frequencies lower than fluxgate devices, but greater "zero" instability when measuring a static magnetic field. The ways to improve metrological characteristics of magneto-modulation sensors are suggested.

Abstract
A new technique of measuring sensitivity of nuclear-magnetic magnetometer in a flowing liquid is considered. The nuclear-magnetic magnetometer is designed to operate under severe conditions where other kinds of magnetometers exploitation are inefficient. The proposed technique is based on mathematical analysis of data of experimental measuring of nutation line slope in inverted signal zero-intercept point. The sensitivity of nuclear - resonance magnetometers in a flowing liquid for resonance frequencies in the range 0.5- 600 MHz has been calculated.
RADIO MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
A method, measuring system, and hardware and software for experimental investigation of reliability of estimation of receiving information and level of radio signal are developed. The method allows to undertake testing at the production stage of wireless communication channels used for smart measuring devices and data transmission. Wireless communication channels have been investigated for commercially produced batches of smart devices. The dependence of the probability of a data packet loss on the level of radio signal is determined.
ACOUSTIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The two factors to be taken into account at measurements of characteristics of parametrical transmitting arrays, are considered. The first factor is the nonlinear distortions in a receiving measuring circuit at simultaneous reception of the strong pumping signal and a weak difference frequency signal. The second factor is the measurements in a zone of nonlinear interaction of pumping waves. The procedure of calculation of correction to recalculate the measured acoustic pressure into distant zone is suggested.

Abstract
A new solution of passive method of the water line verge protection based on registration of pressure fluctuations in the field of nonuniform wave, occuring at the flow about the moving body is considered. The feature of the wave as of the band of local pressures, is its sharp restriction in the space near the body, making possible to monitor the area pressure changes.
