Abstract
The possibility of remote calibration works based on the measurements reduction theory with use of existing digital telecommunication networks is presented. This theory usage allows to optimize the measuring information processing algorithm with accurance of higher calibration results reliability in different calibration conditions. The example of this theory application for complex profile surfaces measuring instruments calibration at distance estimation of conformity has been considered.

Abstract
The results of study of the process of obtaining nanoscale Ni-Ti films by the method of magnetron sputtering from two sources are presented. The dependence between the temperature coefficient of resistance of nanoscale Ni-Ti films and the ratio of currents densities of magnetron discharge has been established. The process of formation of nanoscale Ni-Ti films with a predetermined temperature coefficient of resistance is described.

A method of creation of modern linear displacement guide rails with deviation from linearity less than 15 nm on a 220 mm base length is presented. The development of a sensitive induction sensor with a measuring base of 220 mm, a height range of 100 mm and height deviation error 15 nm allowed to create a metrological instrument of the surface geometry measurement.

Abstract
A method of optimum spatial radiation frequency modulation assessment for 3D measurements based on phase triangulation and structured light is suggested. The algorithm of optimum spatial frequency determination of optical image formed on the surface of measured object is developed. The experimental control of the method is carried out.

Abstract
A method of the use of the synchrotron radiation primary standard source for high accuracy calibration of telescopes with high of telescopes with high angular resolution is described. The method is based on a highly accurate reproduction of spectral energetic characteristics, Gaussian distribution of the spectral density of energetic irradiance by the emitting area, stability and reproducibility of the characteristics of synchrotron radiation in one-electron mode.

Abstract
A new algorithm of analytical time scale formation based on several temporal scales frequency measurements of atomic clocks signals is proposed. It is shown by means of computer modelling that the algorithm allows to get the group time scale with the frequency stability better than of the best standard of ensemble in appropriate range of measuring times intervals. The proposed algorithm is compared with Kalman-based time scale algorithm.

The problem of measuring temperatures of printing unit electro and radio elements has been studied. The temperature sensor (thermocouple) and possible sources of error are considered. The method of systematic errors compensation for assurance of required accuracy of elements temperature measurement by means of temperature sensor is proposed.

The analysis of accuracy of temperature measurement by infrared instruments with taking into account the errors of external parameters assignment has been carried out. The external parameters are the emissivity, air transmission factor, reflected radiation temperature, air temperature and the instrument error of determination of radiant temperature. The analysis was based on the energy balance on the radiation detector of infrared instrument.

The distribution functions of heart rate variability parameters most probable values ever groups of patients electrocardiograms registration are determined. It is shown in graphic and tabulated formats that they do not correspond to log-normal distribution function. The analysis of discrepancy is carried out, the reasons and the author interpretation of physiological mechanisms of regulation and control of patients heart rhythm are specified.
