Abstract
The principles of the algorithm for integrated diagnostics and control of ceramic tool state during milling of hardened steels are considered. The algorithm is based on the use of force parameters for detecting the wear and of vibro-acoustic signals for recognition of chipping. A generalized structure of subsystem for diagnostics and control of the state of ceramic tool as a part of CNC system of milling machine.

Abstract
The experimental installation for visualization of wall-free fire vortices has been developed. The analysis of the non-stationary fire generated by burning of solid fuel has been carried out. An identification of the non-stationary fire vortex structures occurrence by means of infrared thermograph was done. An algorithm of the fire vortex fixation by thermogram and its geometry/temperature parameters determination has been suggested.

Abstract
The optical method for determining the shape and dimensions of cavity formed by gas jet on a liquid surface, and the installation for its realization are presented. The method is based on the transmission of collimated laser beam parallel to undistorted liquid surface with projection of the cavity on a screen. The recommendations for application of this method allowing to increase the measurement accuracy are given.

Abstract
The water-cooled copper grating used as a laser radiation attenuator has been studies. The permissible heating temperature within a predetermined range of the attenuation coefficient is estimated qualitatively. The maximum temperatures as functions of geometry, power of cooling systems and absorbed radiation have been calculated. It is shown that the cooled grating can be used as a calibrated laser radiation attenuator with the wavelength ~1 mkm and the beam power ~(10-20) kW.

The results of application of ultrasonic broadband complex modulated signals to accuracy of measurements of ultrasonic waves velocity during acoustic testing of concrete products are shown. Abstract
The results of studies of oxygen permeability of analytical solid electrolyte cell with the medium palladium-palladium oxide which can be successfully used in oxygen analyzers are presented. The mechanism of electrolytic permeability of oxygen through solid electrolyte is theoretically considered. The dependence of oxygen inleakage from temperature for zirconia ceramics has been determined. The service time of solid electrolyte cell has been calculated.
