Abstract
The algorithms for three-dimensional surface roughness relief filtration, including robust algorithms enabling the removal of random noises from measurement results and the study of ` features surfaces with stratified properties are presented. The possibilities of implementation of robust procedure applied to Gaussian filter are shown. The peculiarities of two-dimensional regression filter usage are considered.

Abstract
The high aperture off-axis parabolic mirror aberrations are examined by means of computer simulation. The simulation results are approved experimentally with application of Shack-Hartmann sensor. An algorithm for aberration compensation and digital regeneration of microobject corrected image with use of holographic scheme containing the off-axis parabolic mirror has been developed.

Abstract
The surface roughness parameters after electroerosion machining were selected. It has been determined that altitude roughness parameter of 3D surface enables to obtain the most informative estimation of surface quality after. This machining and has a good correlation with the profile parameter.

The recommendations for initial stage of serial industrial robots calibration procedure by means of laser coordinate measuring system were developed.

Abstract
A system of optical monitoring and diagnostics of the selective laser melting process with alternative beam power density distributions is developed. The experimental work showed the correlation between obtained power density distribution and geometrical parameters of single tracks. The technological gaps of stable track formation for different distributions were detected, high-speed process photography have been realized.

Abstract
The systematic error of radar measurements associated with the measurement of signal transit time is considered. It is shown that the distance to objects depends on the survey angle and the time dependence is mediate. The location measurements are performed in projective coordinate in which the application of one measuring instrument brings to appearance of two measuring zones.

Abstract
To ensure a presence of only operating atoms in the H-maser storage bulb, the magnetic field created by two Pseudo-Helmholtz coils placed between selection magnets is used. The dependences of H-maser’s selection system quality factor on the value of the magnetic field gradient and on the transverse coordinate of its zero value are calculated and examined. The H-maser output signal using scheme to create the answering signal of Rb atomic fountain is considered the Dick effect is calculated.

Abstract
The results of number calculations of screening effectivity for photo-electronic spectrometer using various amorphous alloys have been presented. The special camera was created for protection against Earth magnetic field. The magnetic field had been measured inside the camera. The anisotropy of its properties had been studied. It had been established that the Earth magnetic field shielding factor in the camera meets the special requirements.

Abstract
The features of certified reference materials (CRM) applications during non-destructive testing (NDT) are considered. It is shown that these CRM are the products for which it is advisable to standardize the communication parameters showing the dependence of NDT instruments information signal from the defect model geometry and physical properties of test material. The absence of CRM to control the ultrasonic defectoscopes electroacoustic canal nonlinearity is found. There is a need to develop the general principles for creating a new group of CRM, for example, in the form of multielement solidstate design, containing the models of the same type. The application of such CRM allows to defect the poor quality ultrasonic defectoscopes.

Abstract
The model of uncertainty of reproduction results estimation for water content units in solid substances and materials is proposed. The algorithm ofrealization of the proposed approach to uncertainty estimation is described. By means of direct thermogravimetric chemical methods the uncertainty sources have been revealed. The composition, application field and metrological characteristics of the State primary standard of mass (molar) fraction and mass (molar) concentration of water in liquid and solid substances and materials GET 173-2013 are presented.
