Abstract
The information on updating the State primary measurement standard of magnetic power losses GET 198-2011 by comprising the setup for reproduction of magnetic flux density in the range 0.1 T to 2.5 T and magnetic flux in the range 1·10-5 Wb to 3·10-2 Wb has conducted in 2015-2016 is presented. The structure, principle of work and the metrological characteristics of this new standard GET 198-2017 are described. Some information about carrying out of preliminary comparisons is presented.

Abstract
This paper presents the modification of bisection method for searching the nonlinear equations’s root that is applicable for solving the indirect measurements equations in full accordance with metrological requirements for their roots as indirect measurements results. The information using on the inaccuracy of the equation coefficients that are the direct measurements results allows speeding up the searching the root and supporting it with the reliable estimation of its error characteristics.

The results of the study of non-traditional presentation of data images of residues in different variants of its entry into the word-dimensions. The effect of noise on the information content of the sample data telemetry. It shows the level of influence of distortions in the implementation of the various structures of formation of the transmitted messages. Abstract
The problem of creation of the adaptive discrete filter of Kallman with use of irregular exact measurements is analytically solved. The possibility of irregular exact measurements allows to determine precisely in a step of their emergence filter parameters (coefficient of strengthening and coefficients of his adaptation) providing a zero error of estimation. Similar reorganization of parameters of an algorithm of estimation sharply increases his convergence that is illustrated by the corresponding example.

Abstract
Paper describes the results of the algorithmic and software realization of newly adopted international standard ISO 25178-2:2012. The numerical analysis of spline spatial filter error in comparison with Gaussian spatial filter is performed. The recommended values for filter parameter are defined. Algorithms and analytical software are designed during the research concerning the development of Russian etalon base in the field of spatial 3D filtration of surface texture.

Abstract
Errors of the centering of extended axially symmetric hollow parts during the radial runout control of the middle part relatively to the common axis of the extreme centering thickenings having a significant ovality in the prisms with different cutout angles were studied. A mathematical model relating the displacement of the center of the elliptic cross-section of the base surface during rotation in the prism with the geometric center of the prism was developed. As an typical example for an oval piece, the trajectory of the relative displacement of the center of the ellipse cross-section during rotation in the prism with the different cutout angles (60, 90, 108 and 120°) was determined.

Abstract
An indirect measurement method of the impulse pressure generated by pendulum type test facility of without use of reference sensor has been developed. The main technical characteristics of the test facility were regulated. The possibility and feasibility of using the developed method of measurements were theoretically justified and experimentally confirmed.

Abstract
The method of construction of the radial type microwave devices forming the uniform temperature distribution in the volume of polymer composite pipes is suggested. The results of theoretical and experimental studies of the temperature distribution along the thickness of the pipe material are presented. The advantages of microwave technology for the curing of polymeric composite materials compared to traditional methods are shown.

Abstract
The theoretical description and practical realization of a method for in-process control of the capacitance per length unit of an single-core electric wire are presented. The normative documents regulating measurement of the electric wire capacitance are considered. The limitations of these documents for in-process control of the electric wire quality are stated. The techniques of initial and operating adjustment of the device for measuring the capacitance per length unit have been elaborated to minimize the measurement error. The problem of determining the actual value of the wire sample capacitance is considered. The operating principle and design of the device CAP-10 are described. The results of its in-plant testing are provided.

Abstract
The results of experimental studies of noise temperatures of the receiver system (NT RS) of radio telescope RT-13 of two-elements radio interferometer with syperlong base in the frequency ranges S (2,2-2,6 GHz), X (7,0-9,5 GHz) and Ka (28-34 GHz) are shown.. The experimental results has been obtained with use of wide-aperture low-temperature generators noise. Limits of permissible error of measurement NT RS ( P =0,95) of RT-13 were not more than 3,5 К.

Abstract
The developed and validated by VNIIFTRI complex of wide-aperture low-temperature noise generators designed for metrological assurance of the radio telescopes RT-13 of two-element radio interferometer with a very-long base line (VLBI). The results of studies and calibration of reference and working large-aperture low-temperature noise generators needed for metrological assurance of brightness and noise temperature measuring instruments in the region of 2 to 40 GHz are presented.

Abstract
The efficiency of a threaded joint is determined by a complex of factors, including a stress-strain state. The work shows the relevance of the development of acoustic methods for controlling the stress-strain state of threaded joints. The modern developments in this field with the use of acoustic methods are considered. Methods and schemes of acoustic measurements are presented. The article describes the result of development and introduction into the production process of specialized equipment ensuring an increase in the accuracy of determining the magnitude of mechanical stresses in a threaded joint.

Abstract
The results of development of installation for activity measurement by method of 4π(α,β)-γ coincidence are considered. By usage of the high-acting analog-digital converter Caen N6720 digitizer the complex hardware parts of installation were replaced by the program code, and the coincidence channel in the computer memory was formed. Using the Caen digitizer allowed to simplify considerably development of the installation with a digital coincidence channel. The characterictics of the installation were investigated. The accuracy of radionuclide activity measurements was verified by comparative measurements with the State primary measurement stanbard. The acceptable consistency of the measurement results was obtained.

Abstract
The main analytical expressions for determining the design characteristics of the sensitive element of tubular resonators from quartz glass, the ratio for the amplitude and the circular frequency of oscillations were obtained. The design of the resonator sensor has been developed and the vibration modes of quartz tubes were investigated. Relations for determining the sensitivity and estimating the error of the resonator sensor are given.
