Abstract
It is offered the new extensive class of binary (0, 1)-sequences including the infinite set of infinite sets of generalized expanded sequences, which are obtained with an expansion of inverted expanded pseudorandom sequences. These sequences allow the construction of coding collimators of integral-code measuring systems for radiation sources space distributions with more considerable possibility for a variation of a coded collimator average transmission and a more effective realization of results of the radiation-physical experiment optimization for multiplexed measurements.

Abstract
Paper is devoted to the investigation of the systematic errors of the 6GS-40M automated balance calibration machine for calibrating internal and external six-component strain gauge balances. The layout of the automated balance calibration machine 6GS-40M is presented and the main specific features of its design are described. Elastic model of calibration machine is designed. The main sources of the systematic errors are considered. The design procedure of the deflections of the balance reference center during the calibration is given. The determination procedure of the loads at normal coordinate system is given using steady-state equation for the random spatial position of the calibration rig. Key words: strain gauge balance, calibration rig, systematic error, elastic model, steady-state equation.

Abstract
A new dynamic method for measuring the hardness and stiffness of the contact at the nanoscale, which provides comparable values in terms of accuracy with "static" method of instrumental indentation at greatly reduced demands on the vibration and thermal insulation of the measuring head is proposed. The main idea is to use a probe in the self-oscillation mode on the eigenfrequency. The article describes the possibility of measuring the force of contact interaction of the probe with the sample in the range of up to mN units by shift of eigenfrequency of probe that provides a force value resolution to hundreds nN.

Abstract
The errors of areal filtering of surface texture using Gaussian filter were analized. Surface texture was defined by the composition mathematical model. The analytic expression for dependence of filtering error of areal Gaussian filter has been derived. The filtering errors obtained during the sinusoidal wave suppression and the linear surface inclination suppression were investigated.

Properties of the signal function considering a frequency dispersion in antenna/waveguide a path are investigated. It is established that an error of measurement of distance in a hollow wave guide above, than an error of measurements in free space. The increase in admissible level of hindrances at which the frequency estimation difference signal on frequency of a global maximum of alarm function is possible is shown.

Abstract
For improving the measurement accuracy of the profile of surface irregularities at a distance of 1 km a new femtosecond correlation nonlinear optical profiler with a micron spatial resolution is offered. In the proposed profilometer at first the distance to the object to be scanned by measuring the interval between the sequences of the reference (probing) and reflected femtosecond laser pulses is determined. Then the profile of the rough surface by measuring the one-dimensional spatial distribution of the second harmonic radiation when performing the space-time alignment of the probe and reflected pulse sequences in a nonlinear crystal is restored. It is shown that the spatial resolution of the profilometer is not more than 5 microns.

Abstract
The characteristics of laser range finder with a wavelength of 1,54 μm, having the pulse energy less than safe threshold for human vision were designed. Two examples of photodetectors with high sensitivity are shown. The system of pumping of laser active element by laser diode lines is proposed that allows to increase the efficiency of the laser emitter and to reduce the energy load on the active element.

Analysis of output signal frequency instability of group frequency keeper is realized. The correlation between signals of high - stability oscillators composing the group is taken into account. Calculation formulas for the Allan variance of the group signal frequency is found.

Abstract
A detailed error analysis of input and output data is carried out for several express-methods of magnetic search. For one specific measurement situation the comparative estimates of the search accuracy and the search range are obtained by computer simulation for all the methods in order to choose the best one. Some aspects of the scale search modeling, as applied to an arbitrary measurement situation, are reviewed.

Abstract
The proposed algorithm is the second generation implementation of a new method of separation of useful signal from background noise, known as "Method of mirror noise images", which allows to obtain the ratio signal-noise above the "limit" values, determined in accordance with the classic "Radio engineering," optimal filtering of signals. The research results of the algorithm show that it provides a significant gain in signal-to-noise compared with narrow-band filtered signals and the algorithm of the first generation that implements this method.

The procedure for detection and investigation of phenomenon of magnetic-bremsstrahlung on crossed beams in colliders, particularly of coherent bremsstrahlung in the area of low-energy photons at high-energy collisions of bunches in colliders is given. The properties of coherent bremsstrahlung, and possibility of the detection and application of usage of that phenomenon to the diagnostics of beams are investigated also.

The results of investigation of possibility of accuracy increase of calibration gas mixtures n-pentane preparation due to using gas chromato-desorption microsystems of injection type. The possibility of obtaining the calibration gas mixtures in a concentration range of 4 - 12 mg/m3 (δ max = 16%) is shown. Experiments proved that a change in composition after storage for 3 months is not more than 7%.
