Abstract
The problems related to application of measurement uncertainty in various types of metrological tasks, such as calibration, type evaluation, verification of measuring instruments are considered. Classification of risks which take place during conformity assessment of measuring instruments to the specified requirements is presented. Some decision rules on conformity used in verification tasks are reviewed on examples. The role of measurement uncertainty in these rules is shown.

Abstract
The problems of the expanded uncertainty evaluation in the first Committee Draft of the revised Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement (GUM) based on the Bayesian approach are considered. In the article compares the well-known and proposed approaches to the expanded uncertainty evaluation based on the: current version of GUM, GOST R 8.736-2011 and the law of expanded uncertainty propagation. It is shown that a proposed method makes it possible to achieve good agreement between the estimates of the expanded uncertainty and the estimates obtained by the Monte Carlo method.

Abstract
An iterative method of probe radius compensation for the body of revolution control on mobile coordinate measuring machines is considered. The new method minimizes the angle between the normals at the given point to the nominal and real profiles by successive approximations. Results of measurement and data processing demonstrated high efficiency of the iterative method in comparison with the known ones based on the least squares method. The greatest effect is achieved with a small number of measured points and their uneven location on the surface of the part.

Abstract
Potentials of use of method of laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy for monitoring of results of cleaning of metallic artworks are demonstrated. Photometric device based on use of integral cavity having shape of cylinder was developed and investigated. Possibility of its application for express analysis of efficiency of cleaning of surfaces of marble and limestone sculptures is demonstrated.

The measurement error estimation of the hydrogen sulfide molecules concentration in the range of 1010-1014 cm-3 in the atmosphere by Raman lidar and the differential absorption and scattering lidar at the range distances up to 2 km has been fulfilled. It was shown that the Raman lidar can during measurement time of 100 s record such a concentration of the studied molecules in the atmosphere with the relative error no more than 20 % for all range of distances and the differential absorption and scattering lidar at the 3,83 µm wavelength measurement relative error lies in the range of 20-26 %.

The article of structure investigation features for liquid medium stream in round section pipeline are considered. The new method for defects determination on the internal pipeline walls with the use of scattered laser radiation at flowing liquid particles was developed with considering of established features by us. The experimental investigation results of velocity profile changing of flowing liquid in pipeline cross-section along it length are presented. The article also are presented the new methodic of coordinates points measuring at along the length and internal diameter of the pipeline, in which the defect is located.

Abstract
The transported quantum comparator of a DC magnetic flux density (MFD) is created on the basis of realization two zone uniform field source and quantum system of automatic reproduction of nominal parameters of the of a MFD in geomagnetic range. The standard comparator expands functionalities of the state primary standard of MFD, magnetic flux, magnetic moment and MFD gradient GET 12-2011 and enables calibrations of precision magnetometers in the places of their mass application.

Abstract
The paper presents a method for signal processing of Doppler radio-wave sensors, which makes it possible to measure the vector of the ground speed of a land vehicle (cars, tractors, locomotives, etc.). The sensors are located along both sides of it and are directed at angles to the axis and to the underlying surface. It is shown how, based on the obtained data, it is possible to construct a real car route in a rectangular coordinate system. Special algorithms for signal processing are considered that allow to significantly increase the accuracy of determining the Doppler frequencies of the sensors, on which the accuracy of the calculation of the speed and the traveled distance depends.

Abstract
A method for measuring the frequency dependence of the sound reflection coefficient on an investigated material in the water tank when the influence of sound waves reflected by the surfaces of the water tank is not negligible is considered. The reflection coefficient from the interface between two media: water-air and water-reinforced concrete for evaluation of the method efficiency was determined. The features of measurements at low (several tens of Hertz) frequencies are discussed, and the results of experiments are given.

Abstract
The stand for experimental studies of adsorption of energy of gases by gravimetric method at pressures up to 0,15 MPa and temperatures to 77-670 К on supramolecular structures of carbon nanotubes and toluene, and corresponding measurement procedure were developed. Using this procedure the supramolecular structure of CNT/С7Н8 based on carbon nanotubes and molecules of toluene were synthesized. It is shown that methane adsorption on the CNT structures/С7Н8 at a pressure of 0,1 MPa and temperatures of 273, 178 К is increasing to approximately 1,5 times in comparison with the adsorption on pure carbon nanotubes.

Abstract
The paper presents the results of the development of the technique for checking the tightness of miniature gas-filled spark gaps. Mainly, this is due to the problem of the presence of instability in the operation of the ion source of the mass spectrometer, because of the cathode that has exhausted its resource. Wherein, theoretical and practical approaches to solving this problem are considered. Solutions are proposed, including methodological ones, aimed at minimizing the loss of useful mass spectrometric information in conditions of a temporary decrease in the sensitivity of the gas analyzer. The necessity of taking certain measures to prevent the appearance of uncharacteristic distortions of the recorded mass spectrograms is shown.

Abstract
Improvement of a dielectric moisture meter is carried out which lies in the fact that its sensitivity to moisture content of a measured material is strongly increased while its insensitivity to its mass value remains at the same level. In the improved meter, the moisture content is determined from the ratio value of the sum of the changes of reactive and active components of the conductivity of a capacitor sensor to their difference or from that of other similar combinations of these changes. These changes are caused by placing a studied dielectric material inside the instrument capacitor of the sensor. These rations, as the ratio of the initial changes, do not depend on the mass of a studied material but many times more strongly depend on its moisture content. In practice such the moisture meter can simplify measurements and increase their accuracy.
