Abstract
А method of determination of the Avogadro constant by means multilayer graphene (poligraphene) samples has been studied. Properties, methods of production and control of crystalline latticequality were considered and the geometric parameters of new perspective materials, graphene and poligraphene, were determined. The of Fraundorf’s method of creation of part the mass units by means of a poligraphene hexahedron prism is modified. It is shown that the precision of this method is smallish and the determination of Avogadro constant by means of highly oriented pyrolitic graphite with high chemical and isotopic purity is more perspective.

Abstract
The analysis of last years measurements has shown that the accepted IAU2000 theory has the best characteristics in comparison with other nutation models. However the analysis of residual divergences of the theory and measurement has shown that the structure of these divergences does not correspond to predictions of IAU2000 nutation theory. According tothis predictions the quasi-systematic part of these divergences should represent its own fluctuations on frequency of the core free nutation. However, the correlation analysis reveals the greater number of harmonics. A model allowing to explain completely the presence of two main components in residual divergences of IAU2000 nutation theory and measurements is suggested. The received periods coincide with periodsalloted from residual divergences of IAU2000 model and the results of measurements.

Abstract
The onboard network of satellite navigation information receivers and gyroscopic sensors of angular velocities integrated by computational neural network imitating the process of self-organization of biological neurons, is considered. The similarity between unreasonableness of mathematical problems of motion determination by measurements and paradoxes of quantum mechanics is noticed. The results of computational experiment are presented.

Abstract
А problem of justifying limits for complex processing of in formation of integrated automobile navigation systems and digital road maps at absence of car movement restriction has been studied. The impossibility of improving an accuracy of navigation parameters estimates by using any limit for recognition of the fact of finding vehicle on the road using the only navigation system and digital road map information is shown.

Abstract
Big difference between the radiance temperature at wavelength 0,65 micrometer and the surface temperature is obtained on the base of computing of temperature distributions in a plane layer of aluminum oxide at its rapid heating and melting by concentrated CO2 laser radiation of different densities. The calculations have been carried out on the fase of a new mathematical model of unsteady radiation and conduction heat transfer.

Abstract
The analysis of calibration errors of the thermistor temperature meters used in the aerological radiosondes is presented. It was found that the calibration error is the main source of temperature meter error. It is shown that the meter error at the approximation of the thermistor conversion function the meter error is dozen of times higher than the random error of temperature measurement during calibration.

The peculiarities of measurement of the mass thermal energy of saturated water vapor with use of volume flow transducer and with taking into account the influence of temperature, pressure and dryness factor are considered. Abstract
The methodology and measuring system have been developed for the study of electrophysical properties of dielectric barrier discharge in submillimeter air gaps at atmospheric pressure. The software applies Tikhonov regularization method for experimental data processing.

Abstract
A model of slow-wave system cell of chain of linked resonators type with transit channel filled with plasma with use of using the equivalent systems method is developed. This model represents the octopole used for determination and calculation of electrodynamic characteristics. The calculations show that the introduction of plasma allows to extend the working zone of slow-wave system and to increase the coupling impedance.

Abstract
PAEC radiometers calibration technique using radon progeny deposition model is considered. Calibrations are performed into the Russian Radon Reference Chamber (Big Radon Chamber). The developed model takes into account all the metrological and technical parameters affecting the measurements results (such as pumping time, pumping velosity, measuring time, etc.). Approximate values of typical PAEC radiometer calibration uncertainty are given. A usual uncertainty of PAEC radiometer calibration is 8-10 %. Developed model applicability for Thoron progeny measurements is considered.

Abstract
A novel design of hygrometer sensor with high sensitivity and stability is proposed. It ia based on measurement of moisture content and air relative humidity by electric circuit output voltage as a function of corona discharge current on the sensor electrodes.
