STATE STANDARDS

3-6 65
Abstract
The state primary standard of gas humidity units. The measurement methods and measurement sets of primary national standard of units relative humidity, mole fraction and dew-point temperature of gases are presented. Metrological behaviors of standard and its results of international key comparison CCT-K6 are given.

GENERAL PROBLEMS OF METROLOGY AND MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES

Abstract
The effectiveness of methods of BIE (accuracy and efficiency) and stagnant methods of radial networks (implementations simplicity), solutions of the classical and nonclassial problems of modeling and recovery geofields has been analysed. Unlike the methods using variational methods and RBFNN, hybrid algorithms FNN/GA/FK solving problems of identification and recovery of geofields more anti-interference and give good results in the presence of conflicting data and considerable noise measurements.

НАНОМЕТРОЛОГИЯ

Abstract
Developed and scientifically based method for measuring the Root-Mean-Square value surface height deviations, inhomogeneities relative to the base profile of the optical parts algorithm based on the calculation of a one-dimensional power spectral density in a wide range of spatial frequencies. Analyzed the methodological errors of the developed algorithm is based on the basis of the results of experimental studies conducted on the basis of the dynamic interference system on the shop floor.

LINEAR AND ANGULAR MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
A calculation method was developed for estimating the curvature radii of peaks and valleys of the detail surface. This method is based on computer spectral analysis of the surface profile. The dependences of the evaluation of the radii of curvature of peaks and valleys on the type, material and detail modes after electroerosion machining were determined.

Abstract
An algorithm of the construction of the adjacent straight line in a limited number of control points is proposed. The research of the effect of number of points on methodological error in the measurement of deviations from straightness is conducted. Recommendations on the selection of the number of measurement points are formulated.

OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The ways of development of the standard equipment in the average power measurements of optical radiation. Presented converter PSM.D.T.1 to comparator average optical power for the standard GET 170-2013 to expand the top level to 10-3 to 10-1 W, as well as two-channel converter PSM-8.D2.T.1 for reference unit power pulsed laser radiation GET90-85, to be able to equip this standard fiber optic light source.

TIME AND FREQUENCY MEASUREMENTS

32-35 67
Abstract
We described the problem of time intervals measurements when transfer the signal from reference frequency standard. The technique of correlation measurements is described. We suggested and described the time intervals measurement method based on a technique of search and elimination of errors associated with the processing of large volumes of information in the process of data acquisition.

Abstract
The hydrogen maser double resonance effect of a two-photon process, where Zeeman sublevels of the hydrogen atom ground state hyperfine structure applying the transverse magnetic field near the Zeeman frequency are involved, is considered. The new modified Bloch equations describing the effect and intended for arbitrary state selection system have been obtained and calculated. They play an important role in examining the case of a single-state selection in H-maser.

MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
Design and estimation of parameters of the device for measurement of displacements of micro objects by a heterodyne method are considered. The block diagram of the device is developed. Analytical expressions for calculation of power of a signal on a photo detector, the periods of interferential pictures, range of measurement, the maximum distance to an object, minimum displacement, and measurement accuracy are received. They gave ability to determine key parameters of the device.

Abstract
This paper presents the mathematical model for describe physical appear holographic and speckle-interferometry, which are summarizing there are theories geometric and diffraction optics. This model is used in experimental mechanic for analysis space displacement and deformation full-scale construction. New investigation of wide spectra tasks are discovered.

Abstract
The status of development and production of test and control equipment with nano- and micro-size particles resolution was investigated. The results of the analysis of piezoactuators and piezo motors development of leading manufacturers are represented and made their classification. Considered the most characteristic structures of the piezoelectric motors whose features are represented by classification. Clarified the terms piezoactuator and piezo motor. It is shown that piezoelectric stepper motors to a considerable extent meet the requirements to the actuators of the test and control equipment.

Abstract
The formula is elaborated to calculate the magnetization M of steels on the basic magnetization curve based on the strength of the magnetizing field H and the results of measuring the saturation magnetization Ms , the coercive force Hcs , and and the remanent magnetization Mr . The influence of the relation Mr / Ms of the material on how its M approaches the Ms with increasing H / Hc is analyzed.

Abstract
The nuclear-magnetic spectrometer reviewed, in its construction the registration features of magnetic resonance signal from a small volume of the condensed medium in weak magnetic field were taken into account. For the most used in nuclear magnetic spectroscopy of nuclei is proposed the characteristics table. The experimental investigated results of condensed mediums are presented.

Abstract
A QRS -wave detector based on the consecutive application of a band-pass filtering, the Hilbert transform, and an adaptive thresholding algorithm is developed. The detector is compared with existent QRS -wave detectors using a model of ECG signal contaminated by interferences of various types and intensity. Developed method of QRS -wave detecting is verified using the MIT Physionet database of clinical ECG recordings.
