Abstract
Models of limiting distributions of the k-sample Anderson-Darling homogeneity test have been made. New k-sample homogeneity tests based on the Smirnov, Lehmann-Rosenblatt and Anderson-Darling two-sample test have been proposed. Models of the limiting distributions for the proposed test have been made. Comparative analysis of the power of the set of k-sample tests, including the Zhang test, has been carried out.

Abstract
A simple and reliable algorithm for processing the results of paired comparisons is proposed to evaluate the quality of alternatives. Its application allows us to abandon the traditional method, which uses for this purpose one of the eigenvectors of the matrix of paired comparisons, and what leads to imposing additional requirements on this matrix. The proposed algorithm allows to remove additional, generated by the traditional method constraints in the ranking of alternatives when applying the method of paired comparisons

Abstract
A technical solution of a source of collimated laser radiation based on the calorimetric principle is realized with the realization of the self-similar thermal regime of its operation with the direct and reverse switching on of the electric supply of the laser diode. The algorithm of the measuring process is proposed which makes it possible to reduce the determination of the radiation power at the source output to an estimate of the difference in the power values of the electric current acting on the diode in these modes inclusion.

The device is assembled on the basis of standard equipment, which allows measuring the optical strength of the irradiated surface. On the basis of the proposed method of measuring, measurements of the optical strength of multilayer nanoscale coatings were made.

Abstract
Presented the results of research of device for the transmission of highly stable frequency signal over 150 km optical fiber at the 4∙10-17 relative error using external modulation of laser radiation and the active electronic compensation of phase noise. The device allows you to synchronize or compare time scales of remote from each other oscillators included in the primary and secondary standards of time and frequency.

Abstract
A mathematical model of a multifunctional vibro-frequency power transducer with an electromagnetic driver and an induction receiver for oscillations of a cylindrical resonator is obtained. Relations are given for the optimal shape of the longitudinal and transverse oscillations of a cylinder of a cylindrical resonator at which the maximum sensitivity to the monitored parameter is reached and the energy expended in excitation of oscillations of this resonator is minimized. The signal-to-noise ratio expressed through the design parameters of the receiver and exciter is obtained and the universal characteristic of the vibration frequency measuring transducer of the frequency converter of the oscillation with a cylindrical cavity resonator.

A comparative and statistical analysis of the escape rates of critical nozzles with a toroidal branch pipe is carried out. It analyzes the main approaches associated with determining the discharge coefficient. The equations of dependences obtained for describing changes of the discharge coefficients of critical nozzles as functions of the Reynolds number are given. On the example of critical Venturi nozzles, factors affecting the accuracy of measuring gas flow are considered.

Abstract
The article deals with the problem of suppressing the low-frequency component of the electrocardiosignal during computerized electrocardiographic measurements. The relevance of this problem is caused by the difficulty in determining, for diagnostic purposes, the initial form of the electrocardiogram morphological elements due to the negative impact of low-frequency distortions. The main methods of eliminating low-frequency noise from the viewpoint of efficiency and complexity of implementation are analyzed and conclusions on their application for different classes of electrocardiographic measurements are made. The reached conclusions are confirmed by experimental studies conducted on synthetic and real electrocardiogram samples.
