Abstract
The new approaches to formation of intervals of the same object parameter behavior on time-seriess in the form of parameter consecutive value sets (coordinates of the "neighbor vectors ") close to a set of their last values used when forecasting. It’s shown that the constructed technique allows to increase number of neighbor vectors to find statistical characteristics used at forecasting. The uniform algorithm for receiving a set of neighbor vectors in each of the considered options is offered. The algorithm of forecasting for one step based on the analysis of coordinates of the neighbor vectors in a special way constructed is developed.

Abstract
The article studies spline, finite elemental and piecewise-polynomial recovery of borders of geofields with automatic docking. The unknown coefficients of the approximating polynomials are estimated by their input and output measurements in the presence of noise. The newly developed method of building isolinear maps is based on the fundamental theorem Poincare “Recovering”. The potential of the method has been investigated on the example of construction of lines isobar.

Abstract
The radionavigation signal power measurement results when the navigation satellites pass special orbit sections are obtained. Power level shifts were detected, caused, apparently, by a change in the viewing angle of the satellite. The joint observations by means of different antenna systems were carried out. The data is in good agreement.

Abstract
The experimental metrology and results of measurements of an eritrocyte and latex particular erythrocyte and latex particle masses by variable electric field are presented. The results showed that the experimentally measured and theoretically calculated masses of the latex particle are agreed.

Abstract
It is shown that the use of integrating detectors allows the reproduction and transfer of the unit energy of a short laser pulse without measuring its duration. The conditions under which the error of the energy measurement depending on the pulse duration сan be neglected are determined.

Abstract
Using hydrodynamic models of flow around a thin body an error of aircraft static pressure measurement system in the sliding modes is estimated in the case of static probes placement traditionally used in aviation practice and error compensation algorithms in air data system calculators. The results of the determination of the component of the aerodynamic error in the sliding modes obtained from the flight test materials of a number of aircraft of the transport category are given.

Abstract
It is shown that the shadow method of measuring the speed of sound in the test samples of the cubic form of concrete for the subsequent determination of the strength of this material leads to the errors arising because of the effect of geometrical dispersion of the sound speed. The paper proposed a more accurate method of measuring the speed of sound in compact test specimens, cubic shape, based on the use of impact-echo method.

Abstract
It is offered to use a propagation delay time of logical elements of the digital integrated circuits as a temperature sensitive parameter for measurement of DIC thermal resistance. It is shown that the oscillation frequency of the ring generator constructed on LE of DIC is inversely proportional to LE signal delay time, and linearly decreases with growth of temperature. A method for measuring thermal resistances of the digital integrated circuit, caused by self-heating process of the digital integrated circuit of its consumption electric power is described.

Abstract
Design principles for the eddy-current equipment intended for the hydraulic fluid purity monitoring in the air jets and other types of hydraulic machines are described. Measurement of impurity wear particles parameters is carried out by an eddy-current transducer, which is a part of an active oscillator circuit. Experimental results with wear steel and copper particles are given. An estimation of the ultimate sensitivity of equipment as a minimal detectable particle diameter was obtained.

Abstract
The magnetic method used for the discovery of wire ruptures in steel wire ropes is reviewed. A mathematical model of the magnetic method is proposed and analyzed. The possibility of the optimization of the measuring junction’s parameters using an inductive sensor in order to raise the reliability of discovering ruptures in wires is proved.

Abstract
A method of short nanosecond width radiopulses creation out of long radiopulses sequence is considered. It’s shown that the method may be utilized in corresponding laboratory researches and acceptance tests of equipment for receiving and processing wideband and ultra wideband radiopulse signals.The algorithm and the scheme of short radiopulses forming are proposed. The detailed theoretical derivation of the analytical expressions describing the form of short radiopulses, and the calculation of permissible limits of amplitude as well as phase errors of sinusoidal signals used for forming of radiopulses were carried out.

Abstract
The methodical error of the radioisotope measuring instrument is analyzed, due to the stochastic character of the useful signal and the nonlinearity of the sensor characteristic. Formulas are proposed for calculating the methodical error in the approximation of nonlinearity by a polynomial.

Abstract
The problem of estimating the integral content of components of chemical composition of substances and materials in the tasks of control, recording and monitoring of their production, generation of waste, emissions and discharges in industrial-scale volumes at the given volume and mass of a substance (material) at certain time moments or intervals, based on weighted mean estimates is considered. The formulae for calculating the total standard uncertainty of weighted mean estimates are given, taking into consideration the uncertainty of the values of the weighting coefficients estimates, due to the uncertainty of the mass measurements of the analyzed substance.
