Abstract
A new method of estimating the accuracy characteristics of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS), signal record and playback devices is considered. It is based on determination of distortions of delay of signal from different space navigation devices and allows to estimate the level of these distortions.

Abstract
The mathematical method for predicting the state of a dynamical system at a pace of measurements is represented. The method is based on the early detection of latent evolution of the system to the extreme state by quantifying its stable and catastrophic states with each new measurement. Application considered by the example of Earthquake prediction

Abstract
The periods and types of works on reengineering of information systems with taking into account the results of obsolescence monitoring process, have been proved. The three types of obsolescence: economic, functional and resource failure-resistance degradation, are considered. The results presented here could be useful for development of methodological support of technical regulation during estimation and confirmation of information systems compliance on design and operation stages.

Abstract
The construction principle for compact geometry tool effective for diagnostics of a small diameter pipelines was developed. The use of fiber optical sensor, sensitive to flexure and based either on multi mode fibers, or on Bragg fibers was suggested. The analysis of efficiency of the assembled experimental prototypes is carried out.

Abstract
The analytical relationships for the error of measuring the frequency of of harmonic signal against the noise when using the weight method of frequency averaging, are presented. The two parameters objectively characterizing the properties of weight functions in problems of signal frequency measurement against the noise, are suggested. The weighting functions optimality criteria are formulated and a method of measurement error minimization is proposed.

Abstract
A procedure of atomic fountain noises separation is proposed. Noises are separated in dependence of atomic flow density. They are photodetector noise, quantum projection noise, spin exchange noise and probing signal noise. Taking into account the noises input according to proposed procedure allows to increase the accuracy of measurements.

The metrological problems of measurement of vector dynamic loads parameters during use of a system with three unicomponent vibration sensors are considered. The sources of dynamic errors and false precession of the received vector at use of the analog and digital measuring systems have been analyzed. The complex of problems of the elimination of the amplitude and phase distortions removal during measurement of the vector parameters of non-stationary dynamic loads has been for mulated.

The theoretical and experimental research results in the field of high-performance microwave technologies of sheet materials thermal processing are presented. The sections of two-dimensional periodic slow-wave systems are used as heating elements. The divergence of theoretical and experimental temperature distribution characteristics in the sheet material does not exceed 3%, and the temperature deviation in the material from the nominal temperature value does not exceed 5%.

Abstract
The features of measurement of low-frequency noise parameters with 1/ fg form spectrum of electron technology products are considered. The expressions for methodical error of deformation of the exponent g of noise frequency dependence by the results of single measurements of spectral density of the noise power by method of direct assessment at two frequencies with taking into account the level of thermal and shot noise of the product under control have been received and analysed. The recommendations on minimizing the total error of exponent determination are presented.

Abstract
An analytical expression for spectral characteristics of the signal, optimal in respect to delay measurements and correlated signals resolution, is obtained. The optimum frequency characteristic of the filter allowing to compress the feedback of output signal as compared with the width of its autocorrelation function has been synthesized. By means of mathematical modeling methods the frequency dependence and temporal characteristics of signals from the compression filter parameters have been studied. It is shown that the best properties allowing decrease the measurement error of temporal parameters have the signals in form of exponential pulses.
