Abstract
A new approach to the identification of orbital measurements of space apparatus, taking into account the systematic components of measurement errors, is proposed. To do this, formed monitoring discrepancy involves the difference between two consecutive measurements and extrapolation values, which allows to identify the orbital measurements of space apparatus without knowing the magnitude and sign of systematic errors.

Abstract
The new method of microobjects imaging based on computer processing of digital interferograms registered by means of modified Fourier-spectrometer is suggested. The process of formation of digital interferograms reflecting the microobject spatial information is discribed. The requirements to the width of radiation source spectrum for transmission of object spatial structure are discussed. The experimental results of image holographic recording in white light are presented.

The algorithm of indirect measurement of three-element nonresonance two-terminal networks based on analysis of transition process occurring in two-terminal network at harmonic voltage of fixed frequency supply was suggested. The calculation formulae for two-terminal networks parameters were obtained.

Abstract
The differences of frequencies of resonance of water and hydrogen protons for cylindrical samples with use of electromagnet (B = 2,142 T) and superconducting magnet (B = 11,747 T) were determined. For the difference of chemical shift of protons in water and in hydrogen was obtained: o(H2) - о(Н2О) = 596(2)10-9 at temperature 25 °С. At known from the literature: o(H2) = 26 288(2)10-9 for the same temperature the о(Н2О) = 25692 (3)10-9. That is different from the values о(Н2О) = 25694(14)10-9, represented in the lists of basic physical constants.

Abstract
The new non-standard measuring instrument for biological cells and liquid media conductometry in pulse electric field with increasing intensity is developed. The metrological attestation of pulse conductometer according to actual normative documents of Russia and Ukraine is carried out. The certain results of developed conductometer application for measurement of cells and liquid media conductivity depending on pulse field intensity are shown.

Abstract
The direct and indirect methods of power loss measurement in electrical network elements are considered. The conclusion is made the relevance and suitability of loss calculation using the measurements results of current and voltage thermal pulse, performed on electricity supply meters. The algorithms of loss calculation based on data from counters of different manufacturers and the metrological characteristics of these instruments are presented.
