Abstract
The forecasting method based on the linear extrapolation using mathematical mean of speed of changes of controlled parameter values as slope of the extrapolating straight line is considered. The method which is constructed by means of correction of linear function using the least squares of the variable weight coefficients regulating influence of knots of interpolation on the final result is considered as well. The final result depends on remoteness of these knots from the current value of extrapolating function argument.

Abstract
A regular procedure for constructing algebraic linear code to detect errors in memory devices information-measuring systems that provides high value of probability of detection of single and double faults while reducing an information and instrumental redundancy is proposed. The mathematical expressions for the evaluation of the developed code parameters were obtained.

Abstract
The features of inertial navigation systems, satellite navigation systems as well as their errors are researched. The algorithmic methods for correcting inertial navigation systems using information from satellite navigation systems are discussed. Under temporary disappearance of signals from satellite navigation systems, we propose to apply predictive trends and modified self-organization algorithms to correct inertial navigation systems in autonomous mode.

Abstract
The method for measuring dielectric liquids level using an equivalent circuit of capacity level sensor and an equivalent circuit of long connection wires was considered. This method allows to eliminate the influence disturbing factors of long connection wires affecting the measurement result accuracy and to increase measurement reliability. The requirements to capacity level sensor are described. The analytical expressions for capacity filling level sensor and equivalent circuit of long connection wires parameters calculation are presented as long as the components of measurement error of fueling level.

Abstract
A comparative analysis of the potential accuracy of measurement of the angular coordinate radar target at discrete and linear scanning of antenna beam was fulfilled. On the basis of the provisions introduced for two-beam likelihood function and expression of the Cramer - Rao, the formula for the variance of the angular coordinate assessment was obtained. An approximation of the antenna pattern form is proposed. The calculation results show that at discrete-beam scanning the accuracy of angular position measurement is higher than at the linear scanning.

Abstract
The automated interferometric system, which today is relevant in addressing issues of controlling the shape of diffusely reflecting objects in various fields of science and technology is presented. Experimental research of the metrological characteristics of the system: the amplitude of the information signal, measurement range and measurement error was performed. The results of change of the output signal amplitude at modulation of the optical path difference, which allows you to visualize the effect of introduced noise on the measurement error, when the angle of incidence increases, increase the increasing of duration of the interference signal leads to increased measurement errors were obtained. The dependence of the measurement range of the frequency scanning of the reference mirror is received. Normal light measurement error does not exceed 0,67 µm is revealed.

Abstract
The algorithm for compensation of image distortion due the affect of surface deformation of background pattern with usage of background orientied schlieren (BOS) was developed. The algorithm performance is validated are described in details. The optimal marker for search in image was discovered experimentally. The possibilities of the algorithm for background pattern surface shifting and rotating compensation with the standard deviation not more than 0.43 pixel obtained by cross-correlation processing were considered.

Abstract
Measurement procedure of nonlinearity index in the probe signal is proposed, and the ultrasonic device for realization of that procedure is described. The high sensitivity of the measured index to distortion of the metal is shown. Characteristics of the device allow it to be used as a means of nondestructive testing of metal damage in production conditions at industrial facilities.

Abstract
The evaluation of determining constructional materials thermal characteristics method errors by the laser-pulse method under high temperature conditions was obtained. The analysis of influence of heat exchange with surrounding environment on systematic errors is given. It is shown that the laser- pulse method can be used for calculation of thermal diffusivity and thermal capacity of the metals and alloys with high thermal diffusivity for temperatures not exceeding 1173 K.

A contactless method for measuring the surface temperature using infrared radiation emitted by the objects is suggested. A method of small perturbations is applied to make metrological analysis of the suggested method.

Abstract
Calculation of the measuring area dimensions of magnetic dipole moment measuring transducers based on coaxial loop antennas is carried out. The expressions of transfer function for a point source of an alternating magnetic field depending of its location in measuring area are obtained. The optimum ratio of the transducer geometric sizes for minimum irregularity of the measuring area is defined.

Abstract
Adsorption-induced deformation of microporous carbon adsorbents AUK and AR-V with different genesis was measured under methane adsorption (temperatures, K: 273, 313, 353, 393; pressures 0-6 MPa). Thermal deformation of carbon adsorbents AUK and AR-V was measured in the temperature range 273-573 K. Coefficients of linear thermal expansion (CTE) of carbon adsorbents were calculated in the temperature range 273-573K: AUK - αT =(3±0,15)·10-6 К-1, AR-V - αT = (8.4±0,6)·10-5 К-1. A comparison analysis of the CTE of adsorbents and crystal graphite was implemented.
