Abstract
Pose and solve the problem in the application of linear cyclic error-correcting codes in converters of angular and linear movement with combinatorial code scales. It is shown that the formation of error-correcting codes can only be achieved by introducing redundancy in the number of sensing elements without introducing additional code tracks.

Abstract
The new optoelectronic method of contactless surface profile measurement of three-dimensional large-size complex shape objects with use of structurized illumination, phase triangulation and phase images interpretation with step-by-step shift is suggested. The method is differing by reliability and resistance to changes of objects surface optical properties over a wide range and to additive noise on images.

Abstract
A new method of temporal conversion of the component linear dimension used in pneumatic measuring device with measurement chamber discharged through an output throttle is considered. The area of through passing cross-section depends on the component dimention. An analytic model to estimate the measurement error and speed of the method is proposed. This error does not exceed ±0,5 μm within the measurement interval 30-300 μm and the duration of measurement does not exceed 0,5 s.

Abstract
The certain versions of multichannel conveyor-type balances configurations are considered. A procedure of verification of multichannel conveyor balances using the reference weight is presented. It is shown that multichannel conveyor balances may be represented by a combination of two-channel conveyor balances during calibration by reference weight without stopping the technological process.

The article considers an adjustment procedure of solar simulator based on a combined two-channel source of radiation by parameters energy irradiance and spectral density of energy irradiance with use of two reference photoelectric modules. The calculation of uncertainty of solar simulator calibration by irradiance with taking into account the irradiance spectral density correction is carried out.

Abstract
The possibility of reduction of temperature scale realization uncertainty by means of taking into account the correlation beetween resistors during resistance thermometers calibration and at temperature measurement is considered. It is shown that if all resistors during calibration and measurement have the same error, it does not affect the uncertainty of ITS-90 temperature scale. The equations for temperature scale uncertainty calibration with taking into account the correlation beetween the resistors, obtained as a result of modeling, are presented.

Abstract
The procedure of determination of metrological characteristics of temperature calibrators using a fixed point of indium hardening in miniature ampoule and multijunction differential thermocouple has been proposed and experimentally studied. It enables to determine the error of reproducible by calibrator temperature values and its heterogeneity and instability.

Abstract
Frequency dependences of acoustic signal were measured and theoretically calculated. The conventional approximation of frequency dependence of acoustic signal by Lorentz function was compared with theoretically calculated dependence. The shift of temperature determined from acoustic resonance up to 1 mK was predicted due to the deviation of the shape of acoustic resonance maximum from Lorentz function.

These parameters are: emissivity, air transmission coefficient, temperature of reflected radiation, air temperature. By the examples for operating wavelength ranges 8,0-14,0 and 1,0-1,6 mm are shown the dependence of error of measurement of the external parameters and the measured temperature.

Abstract
The main ideas about physical processes of video signal formation in scanning microscope SEM are shortly described. On these ideas and corresponding quantitative expressions (the analytical model) is built a new “library” algorithm of video signal modeling in SEM. The testing of given algorithm shows its acceptable accuracy, the detailed conformity of model video signals to their experimental analogues. The unsurpassed high productivity is achieved: less than one second is spent on calculation of model video signal consisting of 2.5 thousand points using the ordinary PC! It is many thousands times faster than the modelling by using the widely spread Monte Carlo method.
