Abstract
An effective outlier detecting and elimination algorithm used in data processing of observations in the Global Navigation Satellite Systems is developed. The algorithm is based on search of optimal solution for which both RMS and absolute deviation of the observed data do not exceed the preset threshold values, with the number of the detected outliers being minimal. The algorithm test was carried out for the Melbourne-Wübbena linear combination formed of GNSS-measurements on two carrier frequencies.

Abstract
A method for controlling the validity of a prefabricated long cylindrical shell of a missile is proposed. The method is based on the direct measurement of the size of the entry during the installation of the projectile by extreme centering thickenings in roller prisms, while the action line of the measuring device is perpendicular to the faces of the prisms. Comparison of the proposed control method with the traditional one is performed, in which the radial runout of the middle centering thickening is measured also when the projectile is placed with extreme centering thickenings into the roller prisms. It is established that the new method of control is more effective because of its greater objectivity and less laboriousness.

Abstract
Metrological analysis of opto-electronic systems for monitoring profilograms of shells of revolution was carried out. Optoelectronic systems, realizing various methods of searching for the center of details, are investigated. A mathematical model of the shell of revolution, defined by a profilogram, is considered. Based on the simulation results, the dependence of the absolute methodical error on how to do this is obtained.

Abstract
The principal scheme of the optical high-resolution reflectometer operating in the frequency domain (OFDR reflectometer) is considered. The mathematical model of measurement by the OFDR reflectometer of parameters fiber-optic systems is presented. The analysis of the accuracy characteristics of OFDR reflectometers is made, the quantitative assessment of the instrument uncertainty is obtained. Methods for calibrating OFDR reflectometers according to the distance scale are proposed and the equipment for their following realization is considered

Abstract
The design of three-dimensional screens and the methods of their application for determining the parameters of scattering particles are described. A method for measuring non-normalized moments (up to the sixth order) is proposed using three-dimensional screens. It is shown that the non-normalized moment can be measured by the attenuation of the radiation power generated by the sequence of three-dimensional screens, the number of which determines the order of the measured moment. The non-normalized moments contain information on the equivalent cross section of scattering particles and the distribution function of the particles over the cross-sectional area

Abstract
We present a measuring complex for lateral homogeneity diagnostics of semiconductor heterostructures by measuring and analyzing the photoelectric and optical response at local photoexcitation in static and dynamic modes. Electronic-mechanical and optical positioning systems provide illumination of the local region of the investigated structure with a minimum spot diameter of 30 μm and a positioning accuracy of ± 10 μm. The developed measuring system can be used for quality diagnostic of light emitting heterostructure, transistors, solar cells, photodiodes.

Abstract
A new gauge device - the AK-10 thermocontroller has been developed. The temperature control system of the acoustic gas thermometer gets an advantage due to the application of the developed thermocontroller for controlling the temperature of the resonator. The possibility of stabilizing the temperature of the resonator of the acoustic gas thermometer at the level of 15 µk with the use of the AK-10 thermocontroller was shown. It was confirmed by measurements using the MI6020T bridge. The total standard relative uncertainty of temperature measurements during the transfer of temperature from the resonator to the resistance thermometer is reduced to 0,25 ppm.

Abstract
The problem of linearization of the characteristics of a radioisotope measuring device is considered. The process of nonlinear conversion of a stochastic signal with a Poisson distribution is analyzed. A technique is proposed for synthesizing the conversion function of a radioisotope instrument with allowance for the distribution of the information signal. The calculation formulas and methods of linearization of the calibration characteristics of radioisotope measuring devices are obtained. The results are used to linearize the characteristics of the albedo radioisotope density meter

The description of the microelectronic resistive gas sensors technology was done. It includes the standard silicon devices technology and thin nanocrystal films SnO2 with additives Tb and Sb reactive magnetron deposition. The sensor has sizes 1,5x1,5x0,3 mm3 and needs 90 mW for hearting to optimal working temperature 280-300oC. Sensor has very high sensitivity to spirits and small sensitivity to benzyl and acetone.
