FUNDAMENTAL PROBLEMS OF METROLOGY

3-6 96
Abstract
It has been shown that with the development in Russian Federation of laser fountain cooling and motion of atoms control technologies the solution of problem of development of atomic interferometry gravimeters comparable in accuracy with the best classical gravimeters and superior in short-term stability became possible.

GENERAL PROBLEMS OF METROLOGY AND MEASUREMENT TECHNIQUES

Abstract
A procedure of data analysis at description of the system of measuring control of photoelectric module power generation - is presented. The statistical characteristics of probability distributions for normalized parameters and for errors of their values estimation have been determined. A mathematical model for describing the probabilities of I and II type errors depending on standard uncertainties for three basic photoelectric parameters has been formed. At the preset value of control reliability indicator (consumer total risk) the values of standard uncertainties of photoelectric parameters have been determined.

Abstract
This work is devoted to the formal method of stochastic duration estimates calibration interval instrumentation based on queuing theory. This technique can be used not only for analysis of measuring devices, but also for prediction of the process of random parameters drift of other technical facilities.

OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The effect laser spectral linewidth and apparatus function width in the Raman lidar at sensing the hydrogen molecules in atmosphere have been analyzed for the lidar signal power measurement error estimation. This spectral linewidth influence is shown up in the measurement relative error decreasing for the entire range of sensing.

Abstract
The determination of electro-optical measurement system spatial resolution by using the O. Shade criterion has been considered. The examples of modulation transfer functions for this system separated chain links blocks are presented. These functions are the submodels of general computer model needed for determination of the spatial resolution.

Abstract
A special measuring and recording optoelectronic equipment with developed methodological and metrological base for determination of optical characteristics of standard moving and static objects radiating and reflecting the light in a wide spectral range from UV to far IR is considered. The results of experimental studies of different objects background-target characteristics for spectral range 0,2-15 μm are presented.

MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The analytical model of the wind tunnel of aerometric installation is considered and its transient characteristics are calculated. The transition process time depending on the average flow rate in the steady state based on the obtained characteristics is estimated.
29-33 74
Abstract
The results of theoretical and experimental studies of capacitive thin film sensors for static and pulsed pressure measurement are presented. With this aim the membrane of sensor is manufactured from Fe-Ni alloy.

THERMOPHYSIC MEASUREMENTS

34-38 68
Abstract
A new helium cryostat for studies of properties of massive (in order of dozens of kilogram) solid acoustical and optical resonators is modernized and tested. The full cycle of cooling from the room temperature to nitrogen and helium temperature has been held. The dynamics of the model acoustical characteristics of the model was studied at different stages of cooling. The operational parameters of new cryostat were measured, and the mounting of optical inputs was completed for the study of models with cryogenic mirrors.

Abstract
This work is describes the methods of thermophysical properties of materials measurements by means of periodic heating. The classification of the third kind regular mode methods according to the way of temperature oscillations generation, forms of temperature waves and mathematical models is proposed. The short review and discussion on the described in scientific literature measuring instruments based on the temperature waves method (the third kind regular mode method), is presented.

Abstract
The statistical model of pyrometric signal at object temperature change rate limitation is offered to provide the realization of the optimal filtering methods. The expressions for calculation of the pulse characteristic of the optimal digital nonrecursive filter are received. The results of experimental checking of received expressions by the program modeling methods are presented.

ELECTROMAGNETIC MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
The modern construction principles for converters of multielement one-ports parameters are considered and optimal conversion structure has been suggested. The pulse and frequency measuring methods are compared. The universal algorithm for computation of parameters by measurements data is described.

Abstract
The space and time characteristics of density of trapped magnetic flux in monocrystalline Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+ x and polycrystalline YBa2Cu3O7- x samples have been studied. The eficiency of these studies is demonstrated at research of inhomogeneity of superconductors. The three-dimensional low temperature raster microscope with sensitivity of 2,5×10-7T/Hz1/2 based on the two Hall converters is developed.
