Abstract
Within the framework of researches the class of interpolation, filtering and varied modelling methods without or with noise measurement was expanded and generalized. It shows the possibilities of software packages application by non-specialists in the field of programming theory. The advantages and disadvantages of these methods were identified and recommendations on the correct choice of the method of estimation quality criteria and control parameters by identification and restoration of geofields on the bases of processing of a noisy measurement information were mentioned in the article.

Abstract
The article presents a method that can be used in large data-measuring systems (IMS) to address the urgent task of designing and managing networks of long lines (electric networks, pipelines, gas transportation systems, pneumatic systems, etc.). In case of impossibility of direct measurement of parameters in various points of complex systems of long lines it is possible to receive these parameters by modelling (the mediated measurement). Initial data in this case are known only on trailer (free) units of a network. The method based on the procedure of numerical inverse Laplace transform in systems with long lines. The implementation of the method shown in the example of systems with differential equations of parabolic type equations and linear coupling.

Abstract
The method of partially depolarized dynamic light scattering is applied to measurements of gold nanorods dimensions in liquids using translational and rotational diffusion coefficients. Compared with known method we have possibility to limit the power of the laser and increase data set for inverse problem solution. Results of lengths of nanorods calculated from diffusion coefficients are in agreement with TEM data. Aspect ratios calculated from plasmon spectrums are more in agreement with TEM.

The features of the application of double-diode autodyne for determining the size of products using doppler method are observed. The features of small deviations of the controlled product from the reference sample with phase method are given.

Abstract
The problem of use of the nuclide of229Th as a candidate for the new nuclear-optical standard of frequency is theoretically investigated. Physics of the two-photon optical pumping the 7,6-eVisomer assisted by the electron shell is considered. The predetermining role of the resonant 8 s- 7 s electronic transition is reinstated. Principles of the most efficient experimental scheme are pointed out. It is shown that the required energy of the both photons is equal to the energy of the nuclear level plus the energy of the 7s atomic level. The calculated lifetime of the isomer in the single-ionized atoms is 165 s.

Abstract
Using the exact analytical decision of quasipermanent regional task of heat exchange for a liquid locomotive in a pipeline, and also experimental data about her temperature in separate points on length of pipe, by the decision of reverse task of heat exchange the unknown expense of liquid is identified beforehand. Verification of exactness of determination of expense was executed on the experimental setting.

Abstract
An algorithm for determining the weber-ampere characteristics of electrical devices on the basis of experimental studies and mathematical modeling. To construct a mathematical model of the electrical device used methods of harmonic balance and the simplex optimization. Algorithm natural-model experiment to determine the characteristics implemented in the software package Labview. The advantage of this approach is the ability to determine the characteristics for the diagnosis of electrical devices in the course of production and operation without using special transducers magnetic quantities.

Abstract
The proposed instantaneous frequencies comparison method of quasi-harmonic signals with slowly varying parameters is based on previously described parametric phase shift angle estimation algorithm. It is shown, that the error of the method is similar to the quadrature heterodyne classical method for the signals with a constant frequency difference. The described method has the advantage in the comparison of the slowly varying instantaneous frequency and spends 4 times less computing operations. The theoretical conclusions are supported by numerical and natural experiments.

Abstract
We propose a way to linearization frequency modulated microwave sensors, due to changes in the frequency of samples when record beating signal depending on the degree of deviation from linearity. The procedure uses Direct Сontinuous Wavelet Transform. Thanks to such data preprocessing, it can be provided high accuracy and efficiency of microwave sensors.

Abstract
Features of an S -parameters measuring method of semiconductor devices using a vector network analyzer and probe station are reviewed. The exclusion of all error sources is required for high-precision measurements. The relations between effective parameters of the measuring system and maximum error are presented. An experiment was made, and the results are shown in comparison with similar experiments.

Abstract
The article has been focused on the problem of options of the ultrasonic antenna arrays pitch size to obtain the maximum of correlation signal and ambient noise. Three working modes were considered: linear antenna array in the "normal" mode, when one of the elements emits a signal, and the rest - are in the receiving mode; synthetic aperture mode; SAFT-С mode, where each element in turn emits, and the rest - receive. It has been demonstrated that the the SAFT-С mode provides fourfold advantage of correlation signal/pattern-noise in comparison with other working modes.
