Abstract
The spectral error assessment of the digital signal resampling is suggested. It is discussed a few digital signal resampling algorithms are built upon Lagrange and Wittaker interpolation. The quantitative assessment of the test digital signals resampling is reported.

Abstract
The generalized metrological characteristics of intellectual measuring instruments are developed, verified on adequacy and investigated.

Abstract
The legitimacies of true profile spectra and measurement signal differences are found. A simple method is proposed for true profile spectrum recovery by available measurement signal spectrum allowing to perform without precise centering measurements of profiles forms with small and significant deviation from roundness.

Abstract
The express method of laser radiation beams parameters at wavelengths 0,3-10,6 mkm using the radiation visualiser VR-1 with a reversible optically bistable medium Al-VO2-D (dielectric) as a screen, is described. The medium has three brightness and color contrast of the image gradations and certain energy (power) density of registered radiation corresponds to each gradation.

Abstract
The сomparisons results of standard instruments included in a structure of the state pressure unit standard for variable pressures area GET131-81 are presented. The adequacy of obtained results with the announced uncertainties and reproducibility of the pressure unit are demonstrated for the different standard instruments.

Abstract
By example of two kinds of rod element models in forms of integrally cut and welded samples and by verification of developed algorithms the Fourier images of deformation responses of initial and unloaded models are constructed. On the basis of linear and nonlinear Fourier image regions analysis the qualitative and quantitative criteria of stress level of the structure and (or) of the element are experimentally justified.

Abstract
The results of temperature dynamics study for certain metals measured by photoemission method with temporal resolution 1 mks at heating in air and argon medium by millisecond laser radiation (λ = 1,06 mkm) with energy densities 75 - 140 J/cm2 are presented.

Abstract
The results of heat transfer and radiation properties study for graphite DE-24 at stationary conditions and temperature 2300 - 3000 K are presented. The thermal conductivity and emission characteristics of the material are determined by two cylinders method. The sample heating is carried out passage of a constant electric current.

Abstract
The task solution by finite differences method of thermoconductivity at acting of two semibound bodies of linear pulsed heat source in contact plane is presented. The results of program realization and experimental studies are given.

Abstract
The problem of validity estimation of measurement results in heat supply systems is considered. The equations of balance of heating medium consumption for various types of systems are analyzed. Analytical dependences for the conclusion about admissibility of the measurement results in solving the tasks of thermal energy account are resulted.

Abstract
Five special properties of biological systems requiring the development of new synergetic study methods were emphasized. The construction possibility of certain quasiattractors of biosystems in multidimensional phase space and of biosystems properties assessment based on those quasiattractors theory postulates were considered. Certain biological examples were presented.

Abstract
The materials research of coulometric electrolytic cells with platinum, rhodium and platinum-iridium electrodes are presented. The experimental installation, method and results of measurementы error study for inert gases and nitrogen, hydrogen and oxygen analysis at temperatures 20 and 50oC are described. The recommendations on coulometric from 0 to 1000 ppm are given.
