Abstract
The estimation of error caused by the use of transfer function for biaxial Earth at calculation of nutation angles is carried out on nanosecond level of accuracy. The corresponding errors of absolute values of nutation angles for various values of dynamic compression of Earth’s core are received. The results have been used at new nutation model construction and at carrying out of the analysis of the budget of this model uncertainties.

Abstract
An algorithm for estimation of inconsistent data obtained in key comparisons of national measurement standards is suggested. The algorithm is based on the procedure of modifying the measurement uncertainties to make possible to form the multitude of metrologically compatible measurement results. The application of proposed algorithm is illustrated by the example of key CCQM-K5 comparisons data.

Abstract
The limitations of the attainable value of the maximum correlation coefficient between the measurement results and the true values of physical quantity determined by the relative error of its measurement and the range of the quantity changes have been determinated. The formula to estimate of the maximum correlation based on relative error and range of its change is developed. A critical analysis of possible reasons for an anomalously high correlation coefficient in some indirect magnetic measurements is presented.

Abstract
The algorithms of computer vision and visual odometry allowing to carry out a three-dimensional reconstruction of the observed stage with single moving camera application are considered. The calculation of the depth map for each of two consequent positions of camera with application of hierarchical algorithm by dynamic programming method was realized. The camera movement was estimated by means of Lucas-Kanade algorithm. The methods of lowering the noise influence on images and the errors of calculations of optical flux vectors are considered.

Abstract
The laser-ultrasonic method and instrument for measuring the residual stresses with sloping optical-acoustic converter presents - laser-ultrasonic flaw detector model UDL-2M is presented. The results of experimental studies of changes of ultrasonic waves expansion velocity in steel samples at compressive tests showing the sufficient sensitivity of this method for determination of stresses in the subsurface layer of the sample - are adduced. The external factors influencing the changes of ultrasonic waves expansion velocity were considered.

Abstract
The appearance of error caused by long-term operation of thermocouple electrodes which lead to their acquired thermoelectric inhomogeneity are considered and the properties of this error are formulated. The mathematical model of chromel and alumel electrodes is designed and the temperature measurement error has been estimated.

Abstract
The results of experimental studies of ultra-short electromagnetic pulses measurement (pulse width is approx. 200 ps) has been considered. The research was carried out by means of electro-optical transformer of electric field intensity based on the DAST crystal. The registration of electromagnetic pulses was made by IPPL-L measurement transducer. A comparison of output signals waveforms of both sensors was carried out. The signals shape coincide.

Abstract
The magnetometer of magnetic fields with sensivity to magnetic fields of about 1,5 nT is presented. The magnetometer allows to determine the size and direction of a vector of induction of the Earth magnetic field or the magnetic field created by ferrite object. The similar devices can be used in mobile and onboard equipment for search of magnetic anomalies behind opaque barriers, for navigation over the Earth magnetic field, seismic sensors, etc.

Abstract
The results of experimental studies of pressure fluctuations transducers with different types of protective grids at aerodynamic field are presented. The transient characteristics of protective grids were estimated both by using a sensor element of company «Kulite» and by means of a transducer pressure fluctuation under this grid. The resolving capacity of the various protective grids has been studied and its comparison with the calculated estimates is carried out. The possibility of acoustic and aeroacoustic resonances occurrence for different types of grids is shown.
