Abstract
A result of the special state primary standard of pressure unit GET 43-73 on range 250-1500 MPa upgrading the state primary standard of pressure unit in the range 10-1600 MPa and of effective area unit for piston pairs of dead-weight pressure gauges in the range 0,05-1 cm2 GET 43-2013 has been created. At the same time a nonexcluded systematic error is diminished by the factor og 10.

Abstract
The construction and operation principle of the laser interferometric mercury manometer as the part of Russian primary standard of absolute pressure are described. The unique feature of manometer is the application of cat's eye type floats damping the surface waves to provide reliable performance of fringe counting system combined with special protective rings stabilizing the contrast of fringes.

Abstract
The results of studies of metrological parameters of a new average power and attenuation standard for fiber-optical communication and information transfer systems are presented. The standard provides the storage, reproduction and transfer in the spectral range of 0,6-1,7 mm of average power unit from 0,1 to 5 mW power range with the relative expanded uncertainty less then 0,002 and a attenuation 0,05 dB to 60 dB with expanded uncertainty less then 0,2 dB.

Abstract
A class of multidimensional theories of gravity where spatial and temporal variations of the gravitational constant G and the fine structure constant α have a common cause and coincide in value is pointed out. Despite the absence of confident observational data on G variations. arguments in favor of their existence, connected with both the problem of unification of physical interactions and with the well-known «faint young Sun» paradox, are presented. The conclusion on possible nonlinear dependence of G from the cosmological time is drawn.

Abstract
The design of a neutron diffractometer a measuring system for determination of single crystals structure is described. The results of measurements on a test sample from the batch of standard reference materials of quartz diffraction properties are presented. It is shown that this installation has been optimized to the level of high accuracy x-ray diffractometers.

Abstract
The influence of errors of parabolic mirror segments positioning in space radio telescope «Millimetron» on the point spread function has been a segmented paraboloid phasing control method based on application of auxiliary conic mirrors, mechanically coupled with paraboloid segments has been developed. The method for paraboloid central part form testing is suggested.

Abstract
The features of the ECG signal processing using a band-pass frequency filtering at presence of distorting interferences and noises of different nature were considered. The approach to selection of optimal bandwidth and type of band-pass filter based on the criterion of maximizing the signal-to-noise ratio at the filter’s output and minimizing the distortion of ECG signal with taking into account the considering heart rate variability - was suggested. Two different versions of band-pass filtering realization: the analog active filter of order 2 and digital filter of order 8 - were considered.

Abstract
The change of morphology of two-dimensional ensembles of evaporated iron-oxide nanoparticles during programmable low-temperature annealing (20-160 ºC) has been studied by the thermodilatomatry atomic-force method. It is shown that at annealing of nanoparticles ensembles their shrinkage (up to 25 % of the volume) happens due to dehydration, oxidation, and possible coalescence, and spreading on the viscous flow mechanism.
