Abstract
Based on the congestion theory a method is presented for stochastic estimation of duration parameters, within the set range of allowances, of controlled technological objects in operation conditions. An example is given illustrating implementation of this method to control equipment parameters of nuclear power plants.

Abstract
Fast algorithms for searching the best approximation polynomials to realize functional dependencies, calibration gauging characteristics in measuring systems are proposed. The number of iteration cycles is reduced when defining the optimal values of physical measurement standards used for calibration of measurement channels.

Abstract
A wireless sensor network with a regular 3D rectangular grating structure is investigated. The network contains from 16 to 512 clusters, each having 1 to 5 smart sensors. The analytical expressions are yielded of probability of faultless operation, of duty-cycle duration and of network nodes efficiency rate. The pipeline ring search algorithm is considered. Key words : wireless sensor network, smart sensor, cluster.

Abstract
The analytical relations are given to find the measurement errors of frequency of a harmonic signal of limited duration, on the background of noise interference, using spectral frequency estimation and a method of its weighted average. The equality is shown of the minimum achievable values of errors for both methods, provided the equality of asymptotic rate of reducing side lobes of envelope of errors is ensured.

Abstract

Abstract
Using a method of maximum likelihood there has been synthesized algorithms for measurement of angular coordinate at antenna beam discrete scanning for non-fluctuating and fluctuating signals against a background of correlated and non-correlated noise.
OPTICOPHYSICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
Perspective development of metrological assurance of measurement of mean power of optical radiation in fiber optical systems is considered. Some approaches are suggested with the possible extension of values of the unit of the mean power of optical radiation, reproducible by the current measurement standard, GET 170-2013, within a range of (5·10-4-10-3) W to (10-5-2,5·102) W.

Abstract
A version of the Brillouin-based reflectometry technique is proposed. Its distinguishing feature is identifying differential signal frequency in the Brillouin scattering emerging from inhomogeneity and neighboring fiber section. The conclusion is made that certain types of conventional reflectometers can be applied to receive digital data, which allows, based on the data processed by the proposed method, to build the Brillouin reflectograms.
TIME AND FREQUENCY MEASUREMENTS
41-43 108
Abstract
The results are presented of a ground experiment of gravity measurement of a time scale offset of a stationary and a transportable hydrogen quantum clocks. It is proposed to use a transportable highly stable quantum clock to measure the difference of orthometric heights.
MECHANICAL MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
A technical approach is proposed to use methods of image detection in hydrostatic leveling systems. An algorithm is developed based on determination of the liquid level against the markers set in a certain way. The results are presented of an experiment carried out to estimate the error of the image detection method for a hydrostatic leveling instrument with two gauges.
RADIO MEASUREMENTS

Abstract
A synthesized frequency characteristic of compression filter is described, which is optimal in terms of resolution of several coherent signals with different amplitude-phase ratios and delays. A formula is derived for calculation of the signal-to-noise ratio at the filter output under the impact of a sum of coherent signals. It is shown that the right choice of a compression parameter allows to eliminate completely the influence of amplitude-phase ratios on the signal resolution.

Abstract
The building principle is suggested of transducer interfaces between the layers, the dielectric constant and the amount of fuel, in three-layer medium. The sensor structures are developed in the form of an electromagnetic resonator, excited on its own three frequencies, and an algorithm for transforming primary information under the condition of "rough" measurement of these frequencies.

Abstract
A technique is described of hot periodic sawtooth polarization of thin (several micrometers) ferroelectric lead zirconate titanate (PZT) films, deposited on a metal foil by applying a reactive rf sputtering method, and the results of the pilot study are presented describing the conditions for the development of generator-type dynamic deformation piezoelectric sensors.

Abstract
The structure of a photoplethysmograph is considered. The choice of its primary parameters is justified. Using the developed photoplethysmograph the value of the instrument error is determined when measuring the amplitude-time characteristics of the registered biosignal of arterial blood pulsation.

Abstract
The preliminary investigation results are given of the impact of atmospheric pressure and air temperature on reproduction of the unit of air ion countable concentration yielded by a radionuclide method. The reproducible values in the range between 103 ions and 105 ions per cm-3 are positively correlated with the atmospheric pressure-to-temperature ratio. The preliminary correction values to the measurement results are obtained.

Abstract
The results are presented of key comparisons of national voltage standards of the Russian Federation and Republic of Belarus, using a quantum transfer standard at 10 V. The comparison results are in good agreement with the reference value of the BIPM voltage standard: the relative voltage difference is 0.9∙10-10 at a relative combined standard uncertainty of 2.6∙10-10.
