3-6 71
Abstract
The peculiaritiesof harmonic signals vector measurements based on the so called method splitting sets of sampling readings ofperiodic signalsin case of subharmonicnoise action are considered. A method of this noisesuppressionis proposed and the possibilities of its realization in instruments for measuring theactive and passive electricalvalues are discussed.

Abstract
The task of optimizing the two-component measuring instrument consisting of sensor and normalizing amplifier either of which may have thenormalincreased enhanced accuracy is considered. The optimization is performed by integer-valued mathematical programming method in the Delphi language with use of two mutually-contradictory target functions. The proposed method is applicable for optimization practically of any two-component systems, couplings and junctions.

Abstract
A method of measuring the power of sub-THz and THz radiationsby means of resonance tunnel diodes (RTD) basedon theregistration of RTD current-voltage characteristics change is suggested. The possibility ofextension of microwavemethods of registration ofmicrowave signalin direction ofsub-THz andTHzwaves is demonstrated. It is shownthat thedetector based onsuchRTDprovides themicrowaveradiation detection in the widerange ofUNFfieldsintensities.

Abstract
The influence of shot noises on the accuracy of measurement of resonant frequency of Fabry–Perot interferometerinPaund–Drever scheme is considered. As a model of periodically non-stationary shot noise the Poisson random process with independent moments of particular pulses (electrons) origin is used.

Abstract
The automatic frequency control of auxiliary crystal oscillator algorithm based on two time-scales frequency measurements is proposed for formation of output signal of atomic clock ensemble. The algorithm can be realized in atomic clock combining systems based on the synchronization of auxiliary oscillator by several atomic clocks of the ensemble.

Abstract
The influence of the speed of sound on the expansion coefficient of narrowing devices is considered. It is shown that the standard nozzles extension equation can be expressed through the speed of sound. The analysis justifyingthe criterion of applicability limits for the equation of gas expansion beyond the nozzles at gas and flow quantity measurement is presented.

Abstract
The approximational filtration method of noise reflections is proposed for solution of a task of measurement of coordinates of moving in aquatic environment object with sound emitter. The measurements are carried out by means of passive location hydroacoustic system based on network of hydrophones. For digital processing of Doppler hydro-acoustic signals from hydrophonesoutputs the two-stage approximation algorithm is used. The example of filtration method realization and its errors are considered.
