Abstract
The results of developing a new secondary standard for low absolute pressures are considered. The new standard includes the best modern vacuum meters from national and foreign manufacturers. The system for of pressure maintenance was created using the modern technologies for measuring chamber manufacture. The new secondary standard meets all international requirements for metrological and technical characteristics.

Abstract
It is shown that the main disadvantage of the Prony method at the single-frame compression-restoration of signals is the complexity of algorithm real time realization due to the labour content of calculations. The approach to compression-restoration of signals based on the combination of Prony method and decomposition on the sign-variable components is considered.

Abstract
A method of 3D reconstruction by stereo scanning electron microscope images for calculation of the surface profile of two samples comprising trapezoidal protrusions in single-crystal silicon was applied. It is shown that the average value of the protrusions height calculated by 3D reconstruction differs from atomic force microscope (AFM) results by 2.3 % for the first sample. For the second sample additionally treated by plasma magnitudes of the protrusions obtained by both methods differ by the value less than AFM error. Better accuracy of 3D reconstruction for second sample can be explained by formation of nanometer-sized features on its surface as a result of plasma treatment improving the precision of image superposition during the 3D reconstruction.

Abstract
A procedure for optimizing the parameters of measuring the complex-form surfaces at contact measurement method ensuring the measurement accuracy for series of one type components is suggested. The results of procedure application for cross-sections and surfaces of gas-turbine engine compressor blades are presented.

The inductive analog-digital time type linear displacements converter has been developed. The functional circuit of the converter and its mathematical description are presented. The conversion stage is missed and the relocation is directly converted into time interval and then to digital code.

Abstract
The use of synchrotron radiation source as a primary standard source with a wide tuning range of energy and the number of accelerated electrons opens up the new opportunities for development of fundamental and applied spectroradiometry. The spectral irradiance of radiation sources comparison results by means of this source became a basis for developing the method of effective temperature determination of heat radiation. The comparator with double monochromator and cooled CCD-matrix allowing to registrate the signals with high accuracy over a wide dynamic range during determination of effective temperature dependence on source current is described.

The accuracy parameters of various laser beam parallel transfer devices based on pentaprizms has been considered. The structure of error of this device has been studies. The mathematical model of the device allowing to determine the accuracy requirements for the pentaprizms initial installation and the error compensating algorithm for parallel transfer by means of initial adjustment of the system have been suggested.

Abstract
The modification of the known method of calibration of sun photometers at different optical air masses is suggested. The analytical condition for providing the stable periodic calibration of sun photometers taking into account the random temporal variation of atmospheric aerosol is derived. The example for realization of fuzzy calibration of sun photometer is shown.

Abstract
The compact nuclear-magnetic label flowmeter is described. The basis elements of flowmeter construction and the NMR signal registration scheme have been modernized. A compact scheme of liquid flow information processing based on microcontroller has been developed. Due to the new construction of vessel-analyzer and the use of parametric resonance effect a high accuracy of measurements of liquid flow in changing range is assured.

One of the most dangerous errors of thermocouples is the error caused by thermoelectric inhomogeneity acquired during long term operation of thermoelectrodes. Abstract
A simplified algorithm of nonlinear funning of compensator magnetic noise created by aircraft carrier and influencing the scalar magnetometer - has been studied. It is shown that the solution for this nonlinear problem can be reduced to a linear at taking into account and direct compensation of nonlinear component in the compensator equation.

The effective natural-model method of definition of the normal magnetization curve and of the hysteresis loops of ferromagnetic materials in devices with the opened magnetic circuit is suggested. It is not required high computational power.

Abstract
Theoretically and experimentally the effect of adsorbed gas layer at the solid-liquid interface on the results of measurement of propagation velocity of longitudinal ultrasonic waves in the samples by immersion method has been studies. By means of comparison with a non-contact measuring method data the systematic component of the immersion method error was revealed.

Abstract
The procedure of bioelectrical impedance parameters estimation based on the transient function data is considered. The analysis of errors is carried out for determination of testing pulse optimum parameters such as the front and the duration. At the same time the key role is played by the biological tissue time constant represented by Cole model. As a result of studies the functional relationships between the error of bioelectric impedance estimation and the parameters of testing pulse were obtained.

Abstract
The hardware and software complex for control of the content of aerosolic and gaseous impurities in the ground atmosphere, its meteorological and turbulent characteristics is presented. The composition and functional scheme of complex, structure of software for the systematization and data processing of automated air quality monitoring system are considered. This complex allows to carry out the monitoring of the atmospheric impurities content at stationary point, at the routing and flare measurements.
