Abstract
The structure and basic metrological characteristics of the State primary measurement standard of the sound pressure unit in air at frequency range 2-25∙103 Hz (GET 19-2010) are considered. The Key Comparison СCAUV.A-K5 data is given. The results of VNIIFTRI measurements are in agreement with the results of the leading national metrological institutions confirming the accuracy of the declared metrological characteristics of GET 19-2010.

Abstract
This article presents analysis of the development of the measurement uncertainty concept in accordance with both general document "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement» (GUM) and its Supplements issued later and aimed at broadening the original scope of GUM. The disadvantages of the GUM which lead to the necessity of its revising as well as scientific and methodological principles which form the basis for the planned revision of the GUM are outlined in the article.

Abstract
The calibration of the measuring sensors, based on the method of the weighted uniform approximation of the inverse transform functions, is considered. This method is compared with the method of uniform approximation on the basis of experimental data. Application of the proposed method of calibration of sensors of vehicle diagnostic systems allows to solve the problem of predicting the residual life of vehicle nodes without using high-precision sensors.

Abstract
The challenges of ensuring the robustness of determining the estimates of correlation functions of random noisy signals in control systems were analyzed. Algorithms for determining the estimates of the noise characteristics and calculating the robust estimates of correlation functions of noisy signals were proposed. Fulfillment of the condition of robustness was achieved by means of elimination the influence of the noise on the errors of the results both in the absence of a correlation between the useful signal and the noise and in the presence of such correlation.

Abstract
Researched current technology of processing spatio-temporal data streams from the sensor system (sensors) to select the most suitable for the practical implementation of various data acquisition systems. Analyzed model of processing spatio-temporal data streams from the sensors. Proposed criteria for selecting appropriate technologies for implementation-specific data acquisition systems.

Abstract
Approach to decrease in a methodical error of a net-point method is offered. The error arises because of an inadequate choice of limits of intervals for finding of parameters estimates. The small number and low accuracy of available measurements are the reasons of an incorrect choice of these limits. Reduction of an error is reached due to using of priory information on the probabilities relating to grid knots at edges of intervals. They can be determined by physical sense of the estimated parameters. The low-cost (in the computing relation) correction procedure for finding the posteriori probabilities is offered. It is based on an assumption that their density of distribution is Gaussian. The simple example of estimation of a correlation interval of errors of digital relief map is given.

The paper reported about the creation of hardware and software complex called NetTestBox, which measures the number of IP performance metrics. This metrics are designed to assess the quality of Internet connections. The main aspects of one-way delay measurement that is important metric characterizing the IP network are described. Measurements results about the main components duration of network delay are presented.

Abstract
The parametric optimization of OES of coordinates measurement with variations of definition and frame rate by limiting the reading speed of the signal from the photosensor problem is considered. It is shown that the optimal values of clarity and frame rate are determined by the alignment of the inter-element and inter-frame difference variances estimates; switching thresholds can be decreased by introducing the delay into the mechanism of measuring these dispersions to increase the observation time with close values of the estimates of these variances.

Abstract
The measuring system based on subminiature eddy-current transducers has been developed to carry out local investigations of aluminum-magnesium alloy plates for flaws. The Delianna filter has been modified to allow the significant increase of signal-to-noise ratio. The dependence of eddy-current transducer response from the presence of flaws in alloys as hidden holes at signal frequencies comprised between 300-700 Hz on an exciting winding is presented.

Abstract
Procedures of dosimetric control of radiation parameters of up-to-date electron accelerators for the morning and pretherapeutical inspections of irradiation plans for patients are considered. It is shown that the dynamic deviations of the radiation accelerators output fit into the international tolerance of ±2 %, and the width of the leakage peaks is less than 7mm. It is also shown that for IMRT irradiation plans 95 % percentage points of correspondence (75-100 %) between the calculated and measured data using gamma-method.

Limitations of using of acoustic echo-method for integrity control of precast concrete piles with a defect, which is located close to the surface, is considered. Criteria of detection of a pile defect in a compact domain are obtained. The possibility of using a multichannel impact-echo method for length determination of a pile with a defect in a compact domain is shown.
