Развитие концепции неопределённости измерения и пересмотр «Руководства по выражению неопределённости измерения». Ч. 1. Причины и теоретико-вероятностные основы пересмотра

Abstract

This article presents analysis of the development of the measurement uncertainty concept in accordance with both general document "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement» (GUM) and its Supplements issued later and aimed at broadening the original scope of GUM. The disadvantages of the GUM which lead to the necessity of its revising as well as scientific and methodological principles which form the basis for the planned revision of the GUM are outlined in the article.
