Рассмотрены недостатки «Руководства по выражению неопределённости измерения», приведшие к необходимости его пересмотра, а также научно-методические принципы, положенные в основу планируемого пересмотра.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article presents analysis of the development of the measurement uncertainty concept in accordance with both general document "Guide to the Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement» (GUM) and its Supplements issued later and aimed at broadening the original scope of GUM.
