Abstract

The composition and the metrological characteristics of the State primary measurement standard of units of radiometric and spectroradiometric quantities in the wavelength range from 0,2 to 14,0 μm are presented. The technical characteristics and principles of operation for the following new standard facilities, created as a result of improvement of the measurement standard, are described: a set of optical radiators in the form of high-temperature blackbody models based on phase transitions of metal-carbon compounds of cobalt, rhenium and tungsten, a facility based on goniometer and spectroradiometer for the total spectral radiant flux scale realization and dissemination, a diffuse monochromatic radiation source with a tunable wavelength based on «white laser», monochromator and integrating sphere for realization and dissemination of scales of irradiance and radiance
