Методические погрешности определения параметров спектра светодиодов двумя фотоприемниками
Abstract
The method and structural scheme of the device intended for operational determination of the radiation wave length in the LED spectrum maximum and of the spectrum width by means of two photoreceivers with Gauss spectral characteristics are considered. The expression for a methodical error is formulated.
