На основе процессной модели измерений предложена модель потерь робастности метода измерений, позволяющая выявить полное множество внешних и внутренних влияющих факторов. Выделены факторы потерь робастности метода 1-го и 2-го рода. Обоснованы алгоритмы идентификации и анализа факторов потерь, а также управления ими, включая применение методов Г. Тагучи. Предложена концепция комплексной методики исследования метода измерений на этапе валидации.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>This article provides the basis of system approach to examination of robustness of measuring methods. On the base of process measuring model the model of robustness for measuring method that allows to find the entire spectrum of external and external influence factors is proposed. It emphasizes factors of robustness loss for methods of the first and second kind. It also provides the base for algorithms of the their identification, analysis and management, including application of methods of robustness process engineering G. Taguchi.
