Отмечено, что пока не выполнены  все необходимые условия для этого перехода.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>We discuss the problems of fundamental metrology related to the planned transition to new definitions of the SI units, based on fixed values of the fundamental physical constants.
