Предложена реализация функции метрологического диагностического самоконтроля датчиков с мостовой измерительной схемой. Исследован адаптивный тензорезисторный датчик давления на основе нано- и микроэлектромеханической системы.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The various Russian and foreign definitions of smart (intellectual) sensor, its structure and functions are discussed.
