Показано, что сравнение результатов калибровки по стандартным образцам состава и свойств веществ, находящихся в растворах, с результатами измерений вещества в живой биологической матрице представляется некорректным. Предложено создать для поверки и калибровки стандартные образцы на основе биологических матриц.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The problems of verification and calibration of measuring instruments used in biological studies were considered. It is shown that the comparison of results of calibration by reference materials of composition and properties of substaces in solutions with the results of measurement of substances in living biological matrix is incorrect.
