Приведены экспериментальная методика и результаты измерения диэлектрических свойств отдельных эритроцитов человека. Методика обоснована теоретически. Установлено, что значения комплексной диэлектрической проницаемости эритроцита, электрической ёмкости, тангенса угла диэлектрических потерь остаются практически постоянными, несмотря на значительные изменения удельной проводимости и содержания NaCl в клеточной суспензии. Эти значения отражают стабильность исследованных параметров эритроцитов в условиях изменения в широких пределах среды, в которой клетки находятся. Комплексная диэлектрическая проницаемость клетки, тангенс диэлектрических потерь клетки – перспективные параметры для объективной диагностики заболеваний человека. Введение измерений диэлектрической проницаемости клетки и тангенса диэлектрических потерь клетки в медицинскую практику, вероятно, позволит характеризовать процесс индивидуальной клеточной саморегуляции более детально.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The dielectric properties of the erythrocyte were studied. Experimental methods and results of measuring the dielectric properties of individual human erythrocyte are presented. The method is theoretically justified. It is established that values of the complex permittivity of the erythrocyte, capacitance, tangent of dielectric losses remains almost constant despite significant changes in conductivity, the content of NaCl of the cell suspension. These values reflect the stability of the studied parameters of erythrocytes under conditions of changes within a wide range of the environment in which the cells are located. Complex cell permittivity and cell dielectric loss tangent are promising parameters for objective diagnostics of human diseases.
