В ходе совершенствования ГЭТ 60-74 создан комплекс высокоточных средств измерений, составивших новый Государственный первичный эталон теплоёмкости твёрдых тел ГЭТ 60-2019 во главе с высокоточным адиабатическим калориметром КА-С4. Для воспроизведения и передачи единицы от ГЭТ 60-2019 средствам измерений низших разрядов создан комплект эталонных мер удельной теплоёмкости. Разработана поверочная схема передачи единицы удельной теплоёмкости от ГЭТ 60-2019 средствам измерений более низких разрядов. Расширенная неопределённость измерений на основном адиабатическом калориметре КА-С4 эталонного комплекса в рабочем диапазоне температуры ГЭТ 60-2019 не превышает 0,27–0,36 % при коэффициенте охвата k=2.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper describes the creation of the new State standard of thermal capacity of solids. The main point of the project is the design of the high accuracy adiabatic calorimeter КА-С4. The construction and the modes of operation of installation are presented. The sources of uncertainty and the resulting values of accuracy are analyzed.
