Воспроизводимое напряжение характеризуется высокой точностью и малым уровнем гармоник. Это открывает новые возможности для метрологического обеспечения в области переменного напряжения. В состав меры входят криогенный зонд с микросхемами на основе эффекта Джозефсона, дельта-сигма модулятор, генератор для формирования последовательности импульсов, схема компенсации, анализатор спектра, блок видеоконтроля и специальное программное обеспечение. В процессе проведённых исследований макета меры показана возможность воспроизведения синусоидальных сигналов с действующим значением напряжений до 130 мВ в диапазоне частот 1–100 кГц. Подавление гармонических составляющих получено на уровне 100 дБн.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Prototype of quantum standard based on the Josephson effect for synthesis sine wave with low level harmonics and high accuracy was developed at VNIIM, which opens up new possibilities for metrological support in the field of АС voltage. The standard includes cryogenic probe with Josephson chips, delta-sigma modulator, pulse pattern generator, compensation circuit, spectrum analyzer, video control unit and software. The capability of synthesis sine wave with an output voltage up to 130 mV RMS over a wide frequency range from about 1 kHz to 100 kHz is shown.
