Представленные результаты получены в Главном метрологическом центре Государственной службы времени и частоты и определения параметров вращения Земли Всероссийского научно-исследовательского института физико-технических и радиотехнических измерений (ВНИИФТРИ). Вычисления эфемеридно-временно́й информации осуществляются по данным кодовых и фазовых измерений на двух несущих частотах. Данные измерений представлены в виде часовых RINEX-файлов наблюдений и файлов навигационных сообщений от станций слежения, входящих в сеть международной службы глобальных навигационных спутниковых систем IGS (International GNSS Service). Представлены результаты проведённых тестовых расчётов эфемерид и временны́х поправок навигационных космических аппаратов ГЛОНАСС и GPS в оперативном режиме. Приведён анализ точности полученных результатов по сравнению с апостериорными данными других Центров обработки и анализа данных.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results on development of an algorithm and a program for calculation in ultra-rapid regime of ephemeris-time information for GLONASS and GPS navigation satellites, achieved by now in the Main metrological center of the state service of time and frequency and determination of earth rotation parameters of VNIIFTRI. Calculation of ephemeris-time information is carried out by data of code and phase measurements at two carrier frequencies. The measurement data are presented in the form of hourly RINEX observation files and navigation message files from tracking stations involved in the IGS (International GNSS Service) network. Results of test calculations of ephemeris and clock corrections of GLONASS and GPS navigation satellites are presented.
